The rooms are spacious, everything is working properly, the pool is clean, only omelets and toast for breakfast, the rest is for an additional fee, the staff does not speak Russian and does not clean, Wi-Fi at the reception is fast. Star of the Sea is an old name. Now it's called Grand Royale Palms. In general, I recommend it.
It used to be fine, then the owner changed, there were a lot of Indians settling in and it's a nightmare they scream half the night in the morning you go out, and there are dirty plates near their rooms.

3 years ago, Nepalese people cooked just fine in the restaurant, but now they are completely disappointed! The hotel itself - if the windows are towards the pool, then you are lucky! And as always, India's service is something.

We were in 2018. at the beginning of November, 12 days of clean rest, everything is fine, take the equipment and everything is fine to the sea 100rupi if you are too lazy to go, you liked everything very much, shops nearby do not spend money where everything is cheap and delicious waves on the ocean in the morning, the tide in the afternoon, the tide cost the whole trip about $ 1,500, you can take a taxi and he will tell you everything on in broken Russian, friendly and friendly people on the beach do not get a lot of merchants, restaurants on the beach are excellent all seafood is cheap and very tasty at the hotel, products are always fresh delivered to order, they cook immediately quickly and very tasty hello to the chef Omar. We want to go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
An old, small, cute little hotel with an excellent restaurant, one of the best in this town. Convenient location, close to 2 supermarkets. There is no cleaning, towels and linen are far from ideal, there are cockroaches of impressive size, a lizard can run into guests on the ground floor. The sea is 1 km away.
We visited this hotel in April-May 2019. Well, the hotel is so-so, of course, but as I understand it, like most in Goa, if you're lucky, you'll get a room where everything will work (air conditioning, refrigerator, etc.) it's better to ask for a room on the 3rd floor where they are more decent. To the sea, at least 10 minutes on foot along the roadway without a pedestrian sidewalk is a dubious pleasure...but there are grocery stores, cafes and fruit stalls nearby.

A completely normal hotel, considering that this is India, we settled in room 101, I do not advise anyone, it is very noisy so it is located right behind the reception, there is no balcony, and the room is very damp, after 3 days we barely agreed to move to another room.
