A great place to walk with the whole family! The children enjoyed exploring all the military equipment, strolling through the dugouts and pillboxes. I recommend you to visit!
I definitely recommend this place to visit. A large area. There are interesting exhibits and a lot of them. Everything can be touched. There are trenches, strawberries, a dugout. A little to the side there are two large trains and a border checkpoint. Everything is neat and clean.
A great place to learn about WWII. Impressions are good expositions are excellent the exhibition is good excursions are interesting sightseeing tours are interesting, I am glad to see the zoo, I recommend
We found out about the museum by chance, we were surprised by the large clean area and the low cost of the ticket.
There are a lot of military equipment on the territory: tanks, cars, guns, a train... There is a military pillbox.
I definitely recommend you to visit
We were on May 9th. A good memorial. We did not know that there was such a thing, unfortunately, we miraculously got there, thanks to the events in the partisan camp. There was a veteran grandfather with medals at the holiday. The complex has a wonderful museum, it turned out to be the legendary Marat Kazei from Stankovo. There are photos of service dogs. The huge plus that you can climb on two huge trains is space. Adults remember their childhood . I've never seen such a cool opportunity anywhere. It is a pity that there is little or no advertising for such a complex.Although I love museums, I have never seen them on the lists.
What can I say, a good selection of equipment, but most of it has nothing to do with the Second World War. The locomotives are great, the museums are also good, but very small. If you are going to the Stankovo zoo, then go in, but I would not go on purpose.
We drove purposefully, we really liked it, access to equipment, free movement, open train cabins, pillboxes, and most importantly, to hold a Mosin rifle in your hands, PPSh! There is a gazebo for a snack!!! There are a lot of clippings from old newspapers in the house of the border guard!
I was here this Saturday. Not an expensive entrance ticket, 4 bun. There are fridge magnets at the checkout. A very interesting topic. The locomotive is clean, you can climb inside. Children will also be interested.
They found it by accident. The children liked it very much. We walked there for two hours. Interesting. On the contrary, if you're lucky, you can see roe deer🦌🦌🦌
Excellent exposition, huge respect for free admission on May 9, and so cheap, but here it's a real holiday, fly in delight, adults also have a lot of equipment that can be twisted in real conditions, see how aiming guns, climb old steam locomotives and much more
Although the museum is small, it leaves a pleasant impression. You can climb the technique, the children are happy. Everyone especially likes steam locomotives and trenches. One of the guns can even be guided by yourself (although one of the levers was broken during the last visit, so they were guided only vertically).
An interesting museum, you can touch everything, feel the atmosphere of that time. Children will enjoy the exposition of the equipment. A good option for a weekend trip.
A branch of the WWII Museum, or rather the place of exposition of those exhibits that were previously stored in the courtyard of the old museum, and which had no place in the new one. A tank, MLRS, two guns, an armored personnel carrier, and a pair of auxiliary vehicles. There is also a barrel of a naval gun on the carriage without a sign. There is a powder closet type toilet or in Russian "hole in the floor". On the plus side, children can climb everywhere (in compliance with safety rules and under parental supervision). There is no water source or cafe.
I like such museums, this is a continuation of the Stalin line, there are a lot of places, there are interesting exhibits and it's great that you can sit behind the wheel, touch, climb, walk through the trenches and take pictures! Do not forget the past, come yourself, bring your children and grandchildren
