I recently visited a Starbucks coffee shop in Shymkent and I want to share my impressions. **Atmosphere and interior:** The place is decorated in the Starbucks corporate style – a cozy, modern atmosphere with comfortable seats and pleasant lighting. The space is organized so that you can comfortably work on a laptop or spend time with friends. **Maintenance:** The staff is friendly and courteous. The waiters take orders quickly and are always ready to help with the selection of drinks. It is especially pleasant that employees try to remember regular customers and their preferences. **Menu:** The menu is standard for the Starbucks chain, which is good if you are already used to their assortment. Various types of coffee, tea, desserts and sandwiches are available. I especially liked the seasonal drinks and specialty desserts, which perfectly complement the coffee. **The quality of the drinks:** The coffee is always fresh and fragrant, prepared in compliance with all quality standards. Fans of classic drinks such as cappuccino or latte will be satisfied. It is also nice to be able to add various syrups and toppings to taste. **Prices:** The prices correspond to the Starbucks level – they are above average, but this is justified by the quality of the drinks and the level of service. **Conclusion:** Starbucks in Shymkent is a great place for those who appreciate high–quality coffee and a pleasant atmosphere. Despite the high prices, the place is worth a visit, especially if you are a fan of this chain.

Well, if you take cities like Astana or Moscow, then I can safely say Shymkent without offense, but ABOUT NOTHING!!! Alas, how sad it would not be!!! There are a lot of coffee shops in the city with reasonable prices and excellent coffee🫰 Do you want to pay 5 times more for coffee than in regular coffee shops? You're welcome!

The first times were great. The coffee was made exactly as I wanted. I didn't drink coffee last time, I couldn't. I don't drink sweet, but they put a lot of sugar in me. I understand the human factor, not an attentive barista, but it's still not pleasant and the feeling that the day is ruined
