The most convenient place for me is the layout, but in general it is the same as always. I prefer pleasant-tasting desserts in this network, in particular light snacks in the form of salmon kish. I drink coffee very rarely. If it's coffee, then only a latte made with natural cow's milk with weekly syrup or a cinnamon cap.

In 70% of visits to the coffee shop, you can enjoy the signature taste of the drink, BUT unfortunately in 30% you will be served half a glass of milk foam or not enough pronounced taste of the coffee itself. The situation is similar +/- at all points of sale.
The staff is moderately friendly,
they don't know how to work with objections.
They constantly ask about bonuses in the application, it sounds like a mockery, as it is not possible to register in this application.

There is something to compare with and not in favor of Starbucks at TSUM. Firstly, you have to wait a very long time, the finished dessert is served after making coffee and after repeated reminders. Coffee is a separate article, the last time they served some kind of mess and didn't even apologize when I returned it, they just made another one. The tables are not cleaned for a long time, and crumbs remain on the cleaned ones. Can you put things in order? Excellent service on Abylai Khan below Kalinin and in the Globe, always friendly and helpful staff, fast delivery. There have never been any complaints about the quality of the dishes and drinks served.
