On 28.08.2018, I made an order for 10 structures (loggia, balcony) at Kalinova str. 9a, Dnipro, communicated with Irina's manager, received advice and I was offered to call a measurer for 200 UAH, which I agreed with. Then everything went well, measurements were taken, the manager called me, we clarified all the details and I was told to come to get the contract and pay for the order, manager Irina had a day off that day and her colleague Roman gave me the contract, no one acquainted me with the contract and my signatures are not on it. I made the payment on 27 093.02UAH and brought the check to the manager, and since I had to leave from 3.09 to 10.09, I asked when my windows would be ready, also said that I was leaving before 10.09, manager Roman replied that payment takes 2-3 days, 7 days for production and 3 days will go to call me, and that I can safely go. I also clarified whether the delivery would be discussed with me, to which I received the answer "YES". 3.09 I received a call and was confronted with the fact that on 5.09 I had to accept the windows, since I was not in the city, I said that it would not work, after which calls began to arrive to me, where they almost reached before the threats, they said that re-delivery was paid, they were confused about the delivery prices, they did not respond to my explanations that I was not to blame and that the manager told me that I could leave before the 10th, they said that we would act within the framework of the contract and I had to pay and at the same moment they said that there was nowhere to store windows, then it turned out that there is a warehouse and my windows will be taken where and they will almost walk with their feet, so it's better that I either pick up myself or ask my neighbors to pick up or friends, to which I replied that no one else will take them away from me and I don't want to pay, to which I was told that under the contract I have to pay and I had to pay with a card 5168 7420 1951 8269 Put o.O. 500 UAH, the manager called who made the contract and said that I should not listen to Roman, they say he only works for 2 days.... Roman himself called, apologized that he had mixed up the deadlines, said he thought there were a lot of orders and did not know what would be done so quickly.... And I had to pay under the CONTRACT, in general, within 2 hours I received calls from many numbers and insisted on picking up the order, which, due to the fault of the company, I could not pick up. We are solving the situation ...", although it is unclear what can be solved for so long. They refused to provide me with a book of complaints about Kalinova 9a, they said that "We do NOT have it." Plus, they brought me 2 door grids that do not fit in size, the installers did not install them, they said "sell to someone", but who needs them? I informed the manager about this on the second day after installation, and I'm not even surprised that this issue has not been resolved yet. The reviews on the site are fake, my comments on the Fb with a request to sort it out are deleted and not only mine. therefore, think before contacting this company, there are enough offers from normal companies with trained employees on the market. And they will smile at you in the Stack until you deposit the money.
