Cozy, family-friendly, atmospheric. According to the owner, it is the oldest building in Yerevan. It conveys the atmosphere of Kanda better than any other place. And delicious homemade food. And the seals. What else do you need?
This is literally the best restaurant in Yerevan!) there is soul, beauty, and delicious dishes here! Special thanks for the warm welcome to Aram and his beautiful Wife! Thanks! It was an unforgettable dinner that left impressions about the people of Armenia.
AN AMAZING PLACE!!! Without exaggeration) we dropped by for a minute, and stayed for three hours! We were fed a delicious lunch and given homemade wine. In a cozy atmosphere, with warm conversations, time flew by unnoticed. I definitely recommend to immerse yourself, not far from the center of Yerevan, in an authentic environment with a rich history. After all, such sincere, kind people can only be found at their place of residence in a natural environment. Without exaggeration, it turned out to feel the atmosphere of ordinary life, definitely here) The cafe is located in the courtyard of an old mosque, which is completely strange and amazing!!! Thank you for every minute spent here, I will not forget these minutes, it is warm in my soul!!!
I strongly do not recommend this place!I was in Armenia for 10 days. During this time, I have been to three cities, visited ~ 10 food outlets of different service classes. The staff at all establishments (except for this cafe in Conte) were polite and gave advice on their dishes. And it was only at this cafe in Conte that we were literally kicked out. Armenia is beautiful, this cafe is the only thing that ruined the trip!
It's very cozy and the food is delicious. You need to order at least 2 servings, so it's better to go with someone in two. And the food and wine are very tasty. The owner is a very friendly person.
The atmosphere - yes, that's the end of it.
Get a price list or something. I am very indignant that in the end I had to pay a different amount than they announced at the beginning.
And yes, gata is not homemade. I can't mistake the taste of baking soda for anything else.
A wonderful authentic place in the former old mosque. You can eat inexpensively in a cafe, and the most interesting thing is to listen to the owner's tour of the building.
It's very atmospheric, especially after the tour of the Kond district. You just need to get to know this area with a guide.

Very good. According to the signs outside, it is unclear what to expect. Inside there is an old courtyard for several families, where people live, and several tables. It's not like it's a business, a tourist institution, but just locals doing such a cool thing in their yard. For some reason, it is cool and fresh, not stuffy air here. And most importantly, it's quiet. Best of all, in the evening. If you want a luxury interior, that's not it. You don't have to come here with such expectations. Here it is like visiting good friends in the country, so that you can be fed homemade food there - your jam, hashlama, your fruits from the garden. The menu boils down to "delicious tea/coffee with fruits and sweets", "hashlama lunch" and "glass of wine". And that's a good thing. The specific composition changes slightly every day according to circumstances (we visited three times during the vacation - I liked it so much). Hashlama is not dry, it somewhat resembles Tatar soup, and therefore it is more pleasant to eat than the one that is in restaurants in the center. At the same time, they will show everything - the place is ancient.
We were walking around the Condo , saw a sign selling pomegranate juice and coffee. The hosts are very friendly, the host conducts excursions in Russian, knows a lot about the history of Yerevan. Coffee, Gata, fruits and sweets cost 4200 AMD, payment by transfer to a Russian card is possible
Wonderful family of hosts and delicious pomegranate juice ❤️
While waiting for the juice, they sat us down on the sofas and treated us to gata, thank you!
