We have been to this cafe twice.
We took caesar with chicken, with shrimp - the children liked it, the barbecue was soft, good, the pizza was greasy to my taste. We tried watermelon lemonades, mango-passion fruit, berry - we liked it, citrus - less saturated, against the background of the others, I got lost.
On the second visit, fettuccini was waited for a long time, the first order was made (the only ones were in the hall), as a result, they brought out hot food to the tables, which later came, and we sat and waited.The mood was spoiled by this.
Mussels in cream sauce are medium, tastier. The fish was royally unimpressed.
My husband really liked the Bangkok salad.
In Abkhazia, we ate all our holidays in various establishments and this is the only institution where 10% of the service was automatically included in the bill (I read that this is a normal story in Abkhazia, but in fact I met only in this place). Therefore, the impressions are ambiguous.

The cafe has a convenient location, next to the popular Mocha beach. I would like to note the varied menu, interesting serving of dishes. Everything we ordered was freshly prepared and very tasty. It's a good place. The lemonades are delicious. According to the menu, everything is also more or less normal, except for the beer plate. That's horrible. In any case, do not take it. The breadcrumbs are not salty, without garlic, the chechel was slightly crumbled, smoked sausage and smoked store-bought chicken wings were heated in the microwave. I've never eaten anything more disgusting. Well, the slowness of the waitress is a local flavor. There's nothing you can do about it.

We went to have a snack with our family after the beach and were satisfied. Since they served us very quickly and competently. The orders were delivered one by one, which we really liked, the staff was top-level, and all the food was so delicious that we visited this place all the time that we were on vacation. Of course, as everywhere there are minuses and pluses, but that's another story.)

This is a terrible place in Sukhum!!!!
We decided to have dinner with the family , went to the nearest place . We ordered chicken and pork kebabs on ribs , pasta , pizza , and rustic potatoes . The first thing that confused me was the inability to cut a chicken ( fillet ) kebab !
It also tasted terrible . The waitress was surprised at the remarks at a respectable age, but said that everything was going, it was normal, just blunt knives))))
It started an hour later . The eldest daughter started vomiting , she ordered pasta . All other family members got off unwell .
Take care of your health and avoid this place!!!

Old Kitchen restaurant: disappointment in the very center of Sukhum.
I visited the "Old Kitchen" in Sukhumi with high hopes because of the reviews. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Meal:
The food was mediocre and did not match the prices. The portions were small, and the taste left much to be desired. It seems that chefs don't pay enough attention to cooking.
Staff:
The staff of the "Old Kitchen" turned out to be rude and unprofessional. The waiter (alone in the entire room) was slow and inattentive, and the restaurant manager was frankly impolite.
During my visit, I witnessed the manager berating the waitress for some kind of blunder. He did not hesitate to express his dissatisfaction in the presence of clients, using obscene language and offensive statements. Such behavior is unacceptable in any institution, especially in a restaurant.
Atmosphere:
The atmosphere in the "Old Kitchen" was depressing. I felt uncomfortable because of the constant quarrels between the staff. In addition, the restaurant was poorly lit and seemed uncomfortable.
Conclusion:
The Old Kitchen restaurant is an institution that should be avoided at all costs. The food is mediocre, the portions are small, the staff is rude and unprofessional, and the atmosphere is depressing. I do not recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.

Well, what can I say, so I visited this institution, ordered a barbecue, brought frankly meat smelling rotten, the whole kitchen gathered to my indignation, as a result, the guest was naturally to blame, but not people who did not even know when they marinated the meat (the readings changed several times).
I do not recommend visiting this institution from the word at all.

We visited this place 3 times, the service is always very slow, it takes a long time to wait for an order, the food is ordinary, nothing special, only berry lemonade is delicious. My wife got poisoned after the last time, she didn't go there anymore. +10% tip is always in the receipt, again, it would be for that.

We went to Sukhum for the third year in a row, and as usual we visited our favorite cafe, we are already greeted like family. The kitchen is as always on top. Mashed mushroom soup with cream is my daughter's favorite dish. I like the bankog salad, khachapur boat, hashlama, here is the most delicious chacha in all of Sukhum. We are waiting for the next vacation to get back to our favorite place.

We went to eat after the beach and were very satisfied. Of course, you can find fault with the interior, and the ubiquitous flies (because the terrace is open air), but they served us quickly, because there were few people.
The children ate the cream soup with pleasure, I took hashlama, the Greek salad was also good, they took an excellent khachapur instead of bread, and I had to take the pizza home because they were full. The pizza was good too.

Amazing cuisine. We ordered khinkali, Bangkok salad and beef medallions. There are no words to convey how delicious everything was. It's an expensive cafe, but you can go have a delicious meal. The beef melted in my mouth, the salad was interesting and the combination of flavors was amazing, khinkali was just delicious, not a lot of coriander. Very tasty lemonades.
