I went to the studio for more than a year, never made any complaints (although I had to lie on my eyelashes for 3 hours without warning that the masters were new, and wait for 15-20 minutes, and the eyes came to deliver the eyelashes, because the masters made different volumes, apparently, in two eyes)
Unfortunately, on my last visit I did not get to my favorite pair of masters, and I risked signing up with others
For the first time in such a long time I turned to the management with a problem that I faced in their studio (a problem regarding the communication of masters with clients), the directors did not take the criticism, roughly speaking, shut me up and said that they did not see the problems and that I no longer write my big messages))
I loved the masters Luba and Olya very much, but unfortunately, because of the attitude towards clients in this studio, I will not sign up there anymore, although my pair of masters 100% satisfied me

The eyelashes are just wonderful - so neat and beautiful. They look exactly as I wanted) the girls Svetlana and Veronica are wonderful. They offered to take off the jacket, hang it in the closet and treated me to sweets. If necessary, you can always drink some water. This is not the first time I have contacted them, the service is at the highest level

I doubt very much that the experience of a manicure master is 2 years … My nails are not the simplest, but even with such nails you can get a neat manicure.
Nails are pies , they are good, yeast-like. I didn't think of filing the form. Some cramps , after a couple of hours there are already detachments, the nails lasted 4 days . This is not the work of a "master with 2 years of experience."

The eyelashes from Luba and Olya are just super! They are always worn for 1.5-2 months.
At work, the girls are always attentive, careful, complement each other. Administrator Anya is just a miracle. He will choose a convenient time, remind you, call you back.
The cabin is clean, cozy, and has a friendly atmosphere.

I have been visiting this salon for more than 2 years +-

I was on eyelash extensions from the "good masters" of Jeanne and Ira)
They made 3d in 1.40 hours, they didn't look bad, if you don't take into account the fact that the right eye was wildly stabbing in all places, wrote, asked if something could be done about it, sent me to the same masters(?) redo it, or remove it.
The girls spent 40 minutes trying to figure out what the problem was (although for "good masters" it would take 1 minute)
We have cleared all the options where I am to blame (pulled out old eyelashes, out of habit, from length, etc.)

In general, I can conclude from the reviews that several people wrote to me after the whole situation that they put one normal master with "hands" in a pair, so to speak, and one not very good, so to speak
This is how they make customers guilty of seemingly obvious mistakes of the master
After my eyelashes were removed and money was thrown in , I was thrown into an emergency and threatened with a sanitary station and a tax service 😂

I've been to this salon many times. I went to different masters . It's all good. But now I got to the newcomers. Masetera Jeanne and Ira. Irina did one eye. It's just terrible. Gluing on resits. My upper eyelid hurt. There is a spoiled mood in igoga and trust in the salon as a whole has been lost.

She got a burn in her eyes, was signed up to masters who have little experience. I can't get to the more experienced ones because of my schedule, they work exclusively in the first half of the day. I was blocked because they were charged with harassment. They are not responsible in any way.

I was not informed that the work would be done by beginners, they wrote that the NEW masters. The masters who gave me eyelash extensions seemed to be doing it for the first time. A sick master with snot was sitting above me on one side, and the next day, of course, I got sick.
This salon was praised because of the good quality of the eyelashes, comfortable building up and most importantly- QUICKLY, because they build up in 4 hands!
I lay there for 3 hours and during all this time they pricked my forehead with tweezers several times. Everything was fine and I just prayed to myself that it would all end. The constant gluing that they pulled out along with my eyelashes. Each eyelash is glued together, their efforts will be visible in the photo, as it all happened. Glue was flowing into my eyes and it stung very much, I thought I would go blind. A day has passed, but it has not gotten better, I feel that with every blink my eyelashes get in the way and hurt, the itching after yesterday's pulling has not yet passed, the eyelashes have sagged down,
The photo will show the filled glue and eyelashes, which are almost glued to the skin. Yes, I have 3d, and the bunches in the photo are 5d with different lengths)))
The next day I wrote that my eyelashes were bothering me and I couldn't walk with them. they offered to come to the same masters for a makeover. I wonder if they have more experience in 1 day?)

It was the first time on 10/25/21. Very uncomfortable conditions of the procedure. 4 clients at the same time on couches that are very close to each other, no partitions, and this is during the covid epidemic! The masters are unfriendly, arrogant (they are tired of clients with the same questions). They said that you can contact them within 5 days if you have problems with your eyelashes. But no sooner had I left the doors of this "salon" than my phone number was blocked and a message was sent to Viber telling me not to contact them anymore. I have never seen such a "service" anywhere else. I don't advise anyone. I am writing a review on the first day. Let's see how else their eyelashes will "wear".
