Good day! The staff of the central archive was very rude, very illiterate, expressing that it was impossible to get any information. In a telephone conversation, I witnessed dialogues between myself: "Hey, do we have such a thing, no, what does he say", there is no official culture, diplomacy, subordination at all!!! Dear head of the state archive, I am forced to suggest that you should conduct work that can certify your employees and provide them with a competent level of Service! However, the cultural formation of Kazakhstan does not depend on us! The cultural and educational level is a reflection of our Kazakhstan!

There was a need to apply, everything was done for the future, the procedure for waiting for documents is long. There are no complaints about the staff, the attitude is very attentive, with respect to the applicant.

Пришлось обратиться по подтверждению стажа работы брата для оформления его пенсии. Работники добросовестно нашли данные, отправили подтверждение в Россию. Претензий не было, спасибо.Здание новое, впечатляет, только далековато от центра города.

Архив расположен в современном здании. Вход только по пропускам, поэтому надо как-то заранее договориться о посещении архива. Персонал относится доброжелательно, помогают. Да, если вы ищете документы, подтверждающие стаж работы, то самостоятельно вам не дадут искать в делах вашего предприятия. Нужен запрос через ЦОН. Так, вроде.

Хороший архив здесь хранится история Казахстана до революционного времени, в случаи необходимости можно найти любые исторические документы !

Справки о трудовом стаже на руки не выдают. Отправляют в ЦОН. 🤷‍♀️ А здание красивое! 👍 Фонтан отличный! 👍
