Good day! The staff of the central archive was very rude, very illiterate, expressing that it was impossible to get any information. In a telephone conversation, I witnessed dialogues between myself: "Hey, do we have such a thing, no, what does he say", there is no official culture, diplomacy, subordination at all!!! Dear head of the state archive, I am forced to suggest that you should conduct work that can certify your employees and provide them with a competent level of Service! However, the cultural formation of Kazakhstan does not depend on us! The cultural and educational level is a reflection of our Kazakhstan!
