The office arrives from lunch half an hour late, employees football from one office to another, the benches in the waiting room are extremely uncomfortable, constantly noisy, uncomfortable. If you have questions for the law department, you need to go to the office (which is closed), call from their phone to the third floor, wait for them to answer, then you are called to the landing, which is blocked by a door (!) and through this door on the landing you solve your questions.
There is no parking, the entrance is narrow, and constant traffic jams are created. There are no cafes/shops nearby for people who have to expect the necessary documents from slow-moving workers.

It's a mess, all the experts are arrogant. There is no separate queue for the disabled, they do not give coupons, there is a live queue. I've been waiting a week to extend the validity period of my disability book. To order an order at home in 14-14, we arrived on August 3, took the book, said we would bring it on Monday, today is Tuesday, August 8.I called again at 14-14, they said your order is in progress when it will be completed within 6 working days. Why 6 instead of 3 business days? In short, it's a mess.
