Please take action. Why was it necessary to enter an electronic appointment if the person scheduled for 10 a.m. at 13:30 is still sitting under the office and waiting for him to be accepted!!!! There is a huge queue of people under the office who cannot get to the doctor, whose working day will end at 3 o'clock and the person scheduled for one o'clock will not have time to get to the doctor. Why then was it necessary to come up with an electronic record, if by signing up you still won't get an appointment....

I made an appointment for a paid appointment with a doctor at 13:30, but I ended up only at 14:20, what a mess. What money is paid for and for what reason a paid appointment does not differ from a free one, highlight it in a different color, this is firstly, and secondly, divide the hours of receiving people by appointment, without an appointment and on a paid basis, Having made an appointment for a fee, I did not expect that I would sit in line for another 50 minutes under an office!!!

Horror and nightmare, Gomel is probably the worst polyclinic, especially the registry office. To get a medical examination, you have to wait 1.5 weeks, are you crazy there? They are waiting for me to work, all the tests, I have a flask, but I can't take a discharge. A miracle is wonderful. in other clinics, you can easily get to the pre-medical office. There is no queue, but there is no record either. If the chief physician does not take action, I will write above. I repeat, such a madhouse is only in this clinic. Everything is for people.

I got acquainted with this clinic in the distant nineties while I was on maternity leave. I had to ask for help twice and both times they helped me, although I am a citizen of Russia. Attentive and responsive doctors and nurses worked in the women's clinic, to whom I am very grateful. I love your country! Doctors apparently mock, knowing that to make an appointment in this clinic, this is a problem, they send you to make an appointment on a certain date to a doctor, so that you can stupidly pick up a coupon for FGDS that has already been assigned to a certain date. What kind of stupidity is this???? On what basis?? Not only is it not realistic to make an appointment with any doctor, because there is no record, but also how, on what basis can a person leave work stupidly to pick up a coupon????
