A cozy atmosphere and a very pleasant compact exposition. The second floor is very cool, where the historical interiors have been preserved. I highly recommend events during which you can hang out on the balcony of the second floor - a view of the old oaks, the courtyard, as in an old cottage
I went to the exhibition of Yazep Drozdovich and his "malyavanak-dyvanou". But for all the uniqueness of the "cosmic" yazep... I was impressed by the SMELL of the oldest part of the house, where Jakub's bedroom is. He was so minimalistic, like my grandmother)))
They gave me time, took me around the house, although I did not take a tour and came a little late (on Sat 50 minutes before the end of work)
Above, in the reviews, someone voiced the hospitality of employees. confirm. They love Yakub and his guests...the current ones. THANKS
PS: hug 4 clubs and make a wish on one (favorite) one. It didn't come true for me. While. I made a wish yesterday))
A great place for those who are interested in Belarusian culture and literature. Here you can get acquainted with the life and work of the famous writer, see his personal belongings and documents. I recommend visiting the museum to anyone who wants to learn more about Belarusian history and literature.
A museum with a minimum number of new models. It's not that much of an extensive exposition, but for the money that you paid, you got a good idea of life.
Do you only need to come here on foot or by bus? Where is the Parking lot, where to put the car? There is chaos of cars outside the gate , everyone is on emergency vehicles
We visited the Yakub Kolas Museum with a friend. I really liked it. The staff gave us an interesting tour. Well done, they speak Belarusian, which is very important for such a museum. I even wanted to re-read the New Earth. In general, it is a very atmospheric place, I advise you to visit.
I was at the museum for the first time at the Museum Night on a night tour, and it's a delight and a discovery! The most wonderful guides, in every word there was a special attitude towards the poet. This is a great ability to tell the biography of a poet /writer and make it understandable and close to listeners. Thank you very much for your work!
We were at the museum with students in grades 5-6. We had fun. The museum staff manages to maintain the atmosphere of a living space in this place. Interiors and pieces of furniture are interesting to consider under the unobtrusive accompaniment of a guide. In general, we left the museum in a good mood and with a pleasant aftertaste!)
Yakub Kolos House - with its atmosphere and history, surroundings and uniqueness
The pleasant staff of the museum will conduct a tour on request
You can rent a museum for photo shoots, events, etc.
A pleasant corner of the atmosphere and history among the city
A wonderful museum that is worth visiting when visiting Minsk.the location is convenient. The expositions are interesting. It will be interesting and informative for any educated and not very well-educated person.
A very interesting place with a deep history. The first floor is a permanent exhibition with the life story of Kolas, the second recreates the appearance of the rooms during his life. A very beautiful place, hidden behind the houses.
Surprisingly, the presence of such a place in the courtyard of the Academy of Sciences is simply amazing. Old trees, apple trees that the writer planted.... Educational excursions. The infrastructure (toilet, etc.) is at a high level.
The museum is interesting, but the organization is bad. The order was not prepared in 2 weeks, we stood waiting for the tables to be set up for the master class.
