Why do they need phones if they don't take them? There are 55 numbers and not one is responding.
You can safely call this place HELL, incompetent employees, they can't explain anything normally, they have to run for a week to solve a 5-minute problem.
I've never worked with such people in my life.you can't really get through to them, no one can explain anything.

The most terrible tax service, the inspectors are stupid, rude. I can't get through to the tax office itself..."servants of the people" serve anyone but the people..
