Just a terrible service, not to be satisfied, no specialist responds, only the receptionist, who can't help with anything. They say if you can't get through, come... the 19th century is in the yard, you can still send messages with pigeons. They work terribly

The staff is surprisingly polite and helpful. However, they called themselves through a phone bot (they couldn't ask again). But the staff explains. Rudeness and indifference were not observed. I am pleasantly surprised. Thanks to the staff.
