Only here I tried the most delicious burgers and the most delicious potatoes. From now on, this is my favorite place to eat burgers.
Large burgers with juicy filling, perfectly fried cutlets, fresh vegetables, the size of the burgers is my respect compared to BK and KFS in general heaven and earth, the potatoes are not overcooked, the crispy crust is soft inside as it should be. The girl's job is to warn about all the nuances and leave a good impression after communicating with her.
Staff is a 50% success rate. But judging by the reviews, we are not the only ones who have negative impressions after communicating with the cashier.

The burger is not salty, the whole thing is falling apart, the sauce seems to be there, but the cutlet is dry. Potatoes, on the contrary, are too salty. But most importantly, they did not put napkins. Although there are gloves, it is impossible not to get dirty when eating such a burger, respectively, the lack of napkins further spoiled the impression of the institution after poor service and tasteless food. In the canteen across the street, it will be tastier and cheaper every 5 times. The potatoes are a little too salty, but I just like that. We're leaving. After 10 minutes, it beeps already. And no, doing it in advance is not a plus, it also does not match the time, it causes inconvenience. One potato is fine, the other is overcooked and dry. My burger is with both kinds of onions. I came back, asked to change, rolling my eyes, I was told to wait 5 minutes. After a couple of minutes, I bite into my burger (which was pointed at, not served, I had to reach for it through other trays) and I almost vomit. Yes, the reaction to the onion. They threw off the green slightly, but not all of it , and the onion remained in place . No mood, no appetite. I just didn 't have the strength to swear after work . The second burger tastes mediocre.. The place is terrible. I don 't advise anyone .

We went to the concourse food festival on purpose. We were interested in a couple of sets, one of them is in this institution. Almost everywhere the waiting time is 45 minutes. Almost desperate , they made a last attempt to find out how long to wait for a set in this place , because there were no 45-60 minutes left .They said it would be ready in 20 minutes, they did it in 15 minutes, taking into account that there was a huge queue in front of us! Delicious, fast, at an adequate price!!!

About the food: the nuggets were sweet, how can you make them sweet, I don't understand, I didn't want to eat. The potatoes are so-so. The lemonades were already warm, the taste is very annoying, and the cherries are mint, like the most diluted juice.

The worst burger I've ever had. There was so much sauce in the burger that when you tried to bite it all dripped off, and the cutlet turned into a porridge of sauce and meat. As a result, I didn't feel anything except barbecue and dough. It seems that the rolls are not bad, and the meat is not bad, but everything was ruined by the cook, who apparently loves sauces so much that he is ready to smear himself with them from head to toe.
P.S. add ordinary bottled water to the menu, not everyone likes lemonades.

A burnt, tasteless cutlet is hidden under the same egg. They obviously do not make a cutlet on their own, this is an ordinary defrosted semi-finished product.
