The location is good, the breakfasts are good, the staff is friendly. The room is warm, there is a refrigerator, the Wi-Fi is fast.
I really don't like cockroaches... And they met in the bathroom...

We visited in January 2025. The hotel was chosen based on reviews and pictures. Everything turned out to be much worse. The rooms are very small. Peeling ones. It is impossible to sleep on beds, as on firewood. The pillows were made of stone, and everyone had neck and back pain. They suffered. The toilet is microscopic. There wasn't even any water in the room. There was no cleaning. There was no toilet paper. Additionally, no one brought tea bags. I do not recommend the hotel.

A modern clean hotel, we spent 4 nights here. They don't clean every day, but if you put up a sign, they do it without problems. Very helpful staff, speaking Russian. The air conditioner is working properly, which saves in the heat and humidity of Batumi, it is not noisy. A comfortable bed and pillows. There is a small swimming pool on the upper floor. You can't swim there much, but taking a piss after a hot day is the best thing. And in general, drinking wine on the roof, overlooking the tops of the Gothic church, is very cool) The breakfasts are not super wow, but they are quite normal. The location is convenient, but you will have to turn around by car to find an empty seat. Unfortunately, this is a problem for the entire center of Batumi

Nice city hotel. Despite the fact that it is located on the noisiest street in Batumi, it is arranged so that all rooms overlook the courtyard and the noise is almost inaudible. Small but comfortable rooms (ours was really very small), good breakfasts. In general, I advise you.
