I didn't come by appointment. It was free for about two days on Saturday. Immediately the payment is in the window (you need a license and a car registration certificate), after checking into the box (there was one person in front of me). If you have no experience, then you don't have to worry, the men are polite, they tell you without any problems. After I returned to the office, filled out an application, another payment (they do not accept cash at the checkout, as well as by card, you need to pay by ERIP, the instructions hang in the center). You can, of course, by appointment, so it will work without a queue at all.

When visiting, there was confusion, a Peugeot was also recorded for my time, and I thought I would stay without a queue by appointment, but the guys fussed without any problems and went as it should be by appointment, information on how to pay and where everything is enough to understand for the 1st time, if everyone is ready to tell me, I liked it. There are a lot of people even at lunch on a weekday, so the recording will be in order ... P.s because of the confusion, I don't see the point in cutting the assessment, the situation was resolved in 5 minutes at most, the human factor just happens, if someone encounters, don't remove the rating to the guys, they are already well done and the station is excellent for THAT. The site does not contain information about the technical functions of the car to be checked and their diagnostic methods, the rules of behavior of the driver at the stand, and so on. It would be possible to post a video instruction and the procedure for the driver's actions on the site.
As a result, the driver begins to be "trained" directly on the line, besides not correctly labeling the technical terms. Naturally, customers take this for a boorish attitude towards themselves and write negative reviews. To which the administration writes unsubscriptions without delving into the reasons.
I made this conclusion from reading the reviews and going through the inspection procedure at the diagnostic station N153.
If the management is really interested in improving the quality of customer service, please draw conclusions.
