The hotel is small but great. The room is spacious, and I want to stay in such a room for another couple of days. I liked everything very much. On the ground floor there is a restaurant "Gastrobar", breakfast for hotel guests is free on the menu. The waiter immediately brought a bread basket and cold snacks (cheese, ham, vegetables). The menu includes several dishes of eggs, porridges, juices, desserts, tea and coffee. We also had dinner at the restaurant. The kitchen cooks very well! A beautiful pitch. I recommend you to visit.

We arrived at the hotel at 18.00, said the room was not ready yet and did not even start cleaning (check-in is officially at 14.00). I do not think that the guests should be responsible for the hotel's mistakes! They didn't even apologize or offer anything for it. For a hotel for 550 BEL rubles per night, I consider it a shame.
They made out for 15 minutes at the reception, something was constantly being reprinted. And this is Hotel 4*

The room is nice, the breakfast is excellent. Non-stop check-in ruined the whole impression. I called in advance 3 hours in advance and said that we would be late and asked for an additional set of linen and towels, because we will stop by the three of us. Upon arrival, the check-in was made out for half an hour and the additional kit was brought only after registration.

I was here for one night. The review will take into account, of course, the cost. Let's remember that this hotel is one of the most expensive in Brest, and therefore my requirements for it are to the maximum.
I'll start with the basic things - even using "ordinary" hotels in Moscow (the cost for 3 nights there is equal to the cost of one night in the Hotel) - I expect to have such a simple thing as a bathrobe in the room. It's inconvenient to bring extra clothes with you for one day, and walking around in underwear in the room is a so-so idea. Surprisingly, this was not there. A hygiene kit was also provided upon request. But what prevents it from being provided immediately? I hate to ASK. Moreover, do you really not trust the guests or the staff that you cannot put a disposable brush and paste in the room? I am silent about the fact that the shower cap, cotton swabs are even out of the spotlight. These small but very useful things in disposable sets are just a reflection of that "status" of the guests. Dispensers are generally a find of the caretaker)))) I laughed for a long time until I went to the shower.... And I discovered at that moment that the shampoo remained in my dispenser only on the walls)))) It's good that my hairstyle does not require shampoo, I washed with what God (the caretaker) puts on my soul - soap, conditioner. And I was thinking how it is possible to save money on guests, pouring grams into a dispenser and rejoicing at the savings!! Honestly, I haven't done it once! Thanks for the drinking water, but will tea (bag), coffee (bag), a piece of sugar ruin your business? A cooler with water, if those 0.5 liters were not enough and did not have time to buy - will the business model also strain on the corridor? ok. “good. People with the status should plan everything for themselves in advance.
Now the number itself. The design is super. The rest is so-so. There was not enough kettle in the room. After 23, be patient until the morning. You can't drink hot anywhere. It is not alcohol, but tea and coffee.
Of the undoubted advantages, the administrators are extremely polite and positive. In general, the service is really at a high level (in human terms). Although it is difficult to judge by one day of stay (for example, whether there would be cleaning for the next day is a question). In general, the hotel does not match the PRICE ratio (extremely overpriced) - The quality of the services provided. The "status" is not visible there, but you can see the savings of the owners and the tiny amount of shampoo and hygiene products.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, arrived 40 minutes before check-in, waited, said that the room would be ready by 14:00, but we had to wait another 15 minutes, which was very disappointing, as we were very tired from the road! There are nice girls at the reception, they tried to solve everything quickly. I liked the design of the hotel, everything is modern and beautiful! However, there are shortcomings in the room, for example, somehow the water from the shower got on the carpet in the room, I even had to lay a towel. The breakfast is excellent, delicious, nutritious, excellent waiters. We took a taxi to the center, the road took about 15 minutes. In general, I recommend it.

The best hotel in Brest.
The hotel is not cheap, but it matches its price, it still smells of renovation.
The room was large, the bed was gorgeous, blackout curtains, there are necessary accessories in the bathroom. Cosmetics with a pleasant smell.
Water is replenished daily.
The breakfast is great, we ate almost until the evening.

A modern hotel. Stylish interiors, impeccable service, cleanliness in the room, high-quality linen. Three-course breakfast menu (egg dish + porridge +cottage cheese dish or pancakes) . Additionally, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, bread basket, juice, tea, coffee. The hot dishes are freshly prepared (unlike the popular buffet). We were on May 9th, the hotel was completely filled. But it was very quiet. There are enough tables in the restaurant. Only pleasant impressions remained.

The room is perfectly clean, spacious, stylish - nothing superfluous, just the most necessary.
The breakfasts are very tasty and a large selection, very beautiful dishes, nice to eat, delicious coffee.
The service is excellent: an Iron was needed - they brought it right away, breakfast is brought to the room if desired.
There is a good wine shop in the hotel 👌

Brest is probably the best hotel for your money. We came to see the sights.
Tomorrow is very tasty. You can select almost anything from the large list. It was very satisfying. The coffee is delicious ❤
The room is huge. So is the bathroom. Everything is done with taste. The only thing I figured out for a long time was how to turn on movies, because there were only news channels from the channels. On the second day I found the app and we were able to see everything 😅
The rooms were:
1. The conductor;
2. 2 beds (we made one);
3. mineral water (it's a pity that it wasn't ordinary);
4. Huge shower with gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and soap;
5. refrigerator;
6. Table and chair.
I really liked the hotel. We will recommend it and if we ever go again, we will definitely stop here.
