The operator calls on December 2, and says your Accp will be pre-delivered on December 3, I explain to her that yesterday they called me and said how scheduled delivery is with me and the order will be delivered on December 2, as a result, they forgot to load the order into the car on December 2 and did not bring it. I called the operator and agreed to deliver the order before 12.00, since their jamb that they did not load on the 2nd, as a result, the operator calls today on December 3 and says your delivery will be delivered by courier after 13.00 As a result, I am out of work on a car, and my car takes up space on a lift at a service station, all because of this attitude of this express delivery.... Who promised on Monday, but blunted themselves. Therefore, only 1 star is a stretch

This is not a transport company, but a single name. The car spare parts were shipped, they were delivered promptly, but when I came to pick up the spare part, I ran into some minor problems. When I approached the "person" who issues orders, I started calling him the number, to which he just defiantly left and returned after 8-10 minutes, and when I hurried up to him for the second time, there was already an incomprehensible queue in front of me. When it was my turn and I named my order, I was told that I had to pay without change, to which I said that I did not have the amount without change, I was told that these were my problems and that I would come when I had the amount without change. As a result, I did not pick up the product.
