Of course, the driver didn't call.
What happened: I call them three times an hour after 12:00. No response. Service at level 0+
The driver arrives at 15.30 and calls me 2 minutes before arrival. When I asked him if the dispatcher told you that we asked for software earlier and why you didn't call us at all, he answers something unintelligible, like you asked for software earlier, but they didn't tell me that you were ready to drive up and intercept the delivery.
