The clinic's layout is very inconvenient, there are a lot of stairs and passages, and if a patient has pain or cannot walk on his own, then, in principle, there is no way to get to the doctor. The same goes for moms with children, just some kind of strength training to find and climb the endless stairs to the office, of course, without a stroller, since there is no ramp and no elevator either.

Before going to the doctor, I called this clinic at the reception, asked the rheumatologist's work schedule and whether he takes a live turn, I was answered "yes, you can live " My mother and I arrive on the same day, we approach the reception and they tell us "the rheumatologist takes by appointment " we of course stand in shock and say that I called you and they said it was possible to live , and the reception desk answered me: "IT SEEMED TO US THAT YOU ASKED a DERMATOLOGIST " It didn't seem to THEM, we were driving from the other side of the city to hear it and just go home, mom is an elderly man, I don't understand why you can't ask again on the phone if you didn't hear, moreover, I called 2 times to clarify how long the doctor works before going. They are very incompetent and inattentive .

Awful. The claim is not against the staff, everything is OK with them. A question for the management of the clinic. Where are the ramps? In order to get to the doctor, an elderly person with sore legs first has to go down all the stairs that are in the photo, get into the lobby with the reception and cash desk, and then climb up as many more stairs to the doctor's office. Just super (this is sarcasm, of course).

I stood outside the office for 45 minutes . The nurse is drinking tea in the office, there is no doctor . I ask the administrator: where is the doctor? He shrugs his shoulders . In traffic , probably .
So I was driving too, but I arrived on time . And there was a two - week - old baby at home . No apologies, no goodbye. And this is a paid clinic.
