The expert sent us all the offers, with layouts and price lists. Among other things, she talked about two regions and in the end we settled on Mersin, Teje district. We bought the apartment at a good price for 70,000 euros, with a down payment of only 30%, and then a 50% INSTALLMENT PLAN. We certainly did not expect this. The manager Inna is pleasant to talk to, well versed in all the intricacies of the procedure for buying real estate in Turkey. She explained the procedure, how best to transfer money with a minimum commission, how and in what order the documents for the property will be issued. She helped in negotiations with the seller of the apartment, seeking the best conditions for us in terms of price and installments, not counting millions of details, up to the choice of the color of the tiles on the floor.
