The strange incident of the electronic queue and the rude attitude of the employees. The situation: The woman in front of me, who was called on a ticket, mistakenly went to the cashier 2 (she had a cashier 1), and while she was going to the cashier 1, my ticket was called immediately, I thought it was already in the second cashier. Then there were 2 cash desks. When I went to the cashier 2, the cashier raised his voice to me and said to the whole room, I did not call you!! By the way, the cashier also answered rudely to this woman. Is it okay to address visitors like that and raise the tone?! I stayed waiting for the woman to be serviced. And when she walked away from the cash register, they immediately called for a trace. the ticket is after mine, and in the end it turned out that I was passing by the queue. How so?!
A huge disadvantage is that everyone is crowded in one room, there is no privacy, and you still need to tolerate disrespect for yourself.
Do a well-mannered job with the cashier 2, a girl who looks about 20-25 years old. Watch the camera as it communicates with visitors. Raised tones are not acceptable in customer service, especially if there was no reason for it!
I was in Minsk in September, I opened an MS card in USD for trips abroad. Compared to other banks of the Republic of Belarus, in my opinion, the best value offers for non-residents. They opened it right away, I got an unnamed plastic, I don't need a personal one yet. It is replenished from the Russian Federation. Of course, the application needs to be improved a lot more, but it is quite working.
Belcard is a pity that it is only virtual.
A good bank, the highest exchange rate in Gomel, I am very pleased. I changed the currency today, although they gave me small bills, but a branded bag as a gift, thank you!
