I always visited this branch for currency exchange, everything was fine, but one situation spoiled my opinion: I wanted to exchange one bill, which I checked in advance for integrity and absence of any marks, put it in a niche to give to an employee, and during the time when she took it out, the bill caught on the edge and partially tore. Naturally, it was rejected and I was refused an exchange. To my arguments that I checked the bill and put it whole, I received only the answer: "Young man, do not compose"
There were no options to understand the situation.
A very good exchange rate and sometimes long queues, which is logical. Very nice cashiers. Parking is almost always tightly packed, so it's better to park the car away and walk for 3 minutes.
On 09.12.2024, I applied to the bank at the cash desk. The girl said there is no new sample of $100 bills, although they were handed over at home. And still, looking into my eyes, I lied that there were no new banknotes. When I said that in front of me you accepted from a client. Then I just got rid of it. The horror!!!
