Every month, in the early days, SMS messages are sent about the accrued cashback, and in this SMS, a decent bank could indicate that changes had occurred and users in January and early February could pay with cards from another bank, where the percentage in these categories was higher because the Statusbank was so impoverished or greedy. Ideally, it should have been reported in December, since the changes started on December 20th. As a result, people did not receive their money in February and even in January. The bank has profited from us once again (maybe for the last time, because there are alternative options with better conditions in all respects) and has lost trust, which is more expensive than money.
