We are having a rest in October-November 2023. The weather is fine, the sea is warm. The cost of living at this time will pleasantly surprise guests. The view of the pines is amazing. The complex is very good. With regard to reviews, these are goals and expectations - who goes why. With a rented car, a very comfortable stay, and, in fact, everything is within walking distance if you want to do sports walking). The apartment has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, almost like at home. Sauna/hammam on Tuesdays and Saturdays is a nice addition. There is a gym and a business area for family members who are uncomfortable working surrounded by family. There is a barbecue area and a great swimming pool with a children's area. I recommend it to everyone, just monitor the conditions in advance and then the rest will be wonderful.

Pine trees are one of the advantages, if the windows of your studio overlook them and you have high floors, then the air is amazing! And, perhaps, that's all. Studio apartments, not 1+1, a bed right at the entrance doors. The toilet is opposite the bed. There is nothing but dust and dirt around the complex! Shoes are in the trash for a month. Shops and the nearest paid beach are half an hour away in the mountains. There is nothing to do with children and the elderly here! There was always no water during the day!!! The most terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom even when there was water. Cicadas are a separate song - they don't stop talking- the decibels are off the scale.

We had a rest with two children (4 years and a baby of 7 months). We rested for two weeks. A beautiful place. Quiet, beautiful, high. Suitable for the inexperienced all in clusive, because you need to take care of everything yourself.
