A great hotel for those stars. The food, staff, furniture, everything is at a decent level, even surprised. There are minor flaws, but where without them.
1. It would be possible to clean better, although towels are changed every day, vacuumed, take out the trash, make the bed, put the room in general order, bring water, tea, coffee 3 in one. But in the bathroom, under the aluminum profile of the shower enclosure, the age-old dirt catches the eye.
2. Excellent smart TVs, but Russian channels are only in the general list, but they do not work. When you try to watch over the Internet, for example, through smotrim, a network error results.
3. The location is convenient on the one hand, close to the historical center, on the other very far from the metro (approximately 2.5 km). Thanks to the insanely cheap taxi. For 200-300 rubles, you can quickly get where you need to go.
4. Someone wrote here about the difference in the cost on the island and in fact when paying. Yes, there is a small one, but not as written. Taking into account the fall of the ruble, the difference of about 2 thousand in three days is insignificant. And the cost of 20,000 at the beginning of October 2024 for three nights with this level of service is quite comfortable

I really liked the hotel, there are a lot of advantages:
1. The breakfasts are varied, the serving is beautiful, delicious, the staff is responsive
2. A wonderful bed where you really get enough sleep
3. Staff - always goes to a meeting and tries to help
The only disadvantage is the location, but a taxi to the center is 200 rubles, so the minus is not significant

A normal hotel, but the impressions are not unambiguous:
A huge plus: the fact that the price was not very high, but there are not a few people in the hotel.
Rooms on the upper floors are preferable: less noise from the road and a better view of the city.
Standard rooms are not spacious less than 20 sq.m.
There is a table lamp, but it does not light; there is a TV, but it does not work (I had to look at it myself and plug in the antenna plug better); there is a heated towel rail, but it is cold.
pretty unimportant sound insulation: how well you can hear the street and passing cars with the window closed (then I found that there were no rubber seals on the window sash, 2nd floor, window to the street above the smoking area) and you can clearly hear the neighbors talking loudly behind the wall or pulling out / plugging the charger into the outlet in this wall., central air conditioning, works fine, the bedside table wobbles like a drunk.
A huge plus is the presence of a hammam! True, it is difficult to get into it and you need to sign up, but if you sign up, then it is completely yours and you can steam naked. I advise you: if you were ahead of time and your time is busy (my record doubled, we signed up, and then we were told that someone had signed up there 5 minutes earlier) or now they say that the hammam is busy, then you need to persevere, wait a little, how the booked time will go and ask the staff to check. In our case, someone booked and did not show up and the hammam would have stood empty for an hour, and so we had a wonderful steam bath with cold water! The feeling is gorgeous and magical!

I tear one star from my heart (the hotel is perfect in everything except cleaning the rooms. The guys at the reception are polite, friendly, as well as the girls in the restaurant, very attentive and friendly. The hotel itself is fresh, modern, very beautiful and cozy. But the cleaning(( the cleaners themselves, especially those who are older, do not greet in return and are very unhappy. The cleaning included making the bed and changing the towels, and that was not always changed. Consumables (tea, coffee, sugar) were brought once in 8 days and possibly vacuumed once.
Otherwise, it is ideal if this point is corrected.

The food for breakfast is ordinary. There are cereals, fruits, sausages, eggs, etc. But the restaurant is very slow in the evening. I had to wait 45 minutes for the pasta, although they promised to make it in 15 minutes. Therefore 4*.
