Scammers!!! Don't buy real estate from them!!!
Four years ago I contacted this company and invested money in their complex at the stage of the Stay Forest Valley Recidence excavation. As a result, the delivery of the complex was delayed for 2.5 years. The residence was built with a huge number of violations, from water supply to electricity connection. During construction, they moved away from the building plan. The plot of land turned out to be smaller than the declared one, the architectural solution is completely different from the visuals that were presented at the presentation of the complex. There is no infrastructure declared initially, and the one that was built did not work for 2 years even after the completion of the complex. The infrastructure has still not been completed in 4 years, despite the fact that the residents won the court and the company was ordered to put the complex in order. The construction materials used were the cheapest on the market. The economy class complex was positioned and marketed as a comfort. But despite all the violations, the city authorities turned a blind eye to this and gave the ISKAN complex no other than by fraud. In winter, the complex sinks in water, the floor of the building collapses and rots in the infrastructure area, the ground floor is in mold. Stay property, together with the management company of the complex, used the money of residents from aydat for a whole year for other purposes. During the construction, the water was carried out in such a way that the residents of the complex paid the costs not only of their residence, but also of two construction sites of Stay Property, which were located nearby. This was recorded by ASAT. The company has been managing the complex all year, but has not been able to provide an expense report. The money went nowhere, and what was purchased was 3-4 times higher than the market in value. The residents of the complex at the annual meeting voted for the departure of the Management Company along with Stay Property. But the company did not just leave and began to hang non-existent debts on the complex, blackmail, ask for negative reviews and comments about the company. In particular, employees of this company still break into the territory of the complex and threaten to destroy it, engage in vandalism. These people are not even afraid of the gendarmes. This lawlessness has been going on for more than a year and all residents' complaints remain unanswered because they are foreigners. Stay property gets away with everything and the local authorities turn a blind eye to everything. The residents of the complex are worried about their lives, as this company continues to take revenge on them, threatening to break everything and turn off electricity, demanding money for unfinished work. If I hadn't faced this horror myself, I would never have believed it. People, run away from this company, they can neither build nor manage facilities decently. They currently have 9 complexes under management, and most of them are going to get rid of the management of this company, because they have the same problems with high ID and disgusting service. Think a million times before you bring them your money.

Unfortunately, we had something to compare it with.
And it was only by contacting Stay Property that we really understood what a real estate company's service should be.
Yes, of course there were moments that were delayed in terms of paperwork, but there is no way without it in Turkey))
But the guys accompanied us at all stages of the purchase. It feels like this is one cohesive team led by an excellent leader Khalil! Initially, we planned to buy only a secondary one for living and obtaining a residence permit. But then we decided to invest, thanks to our manager Anna, she approached this issue competently, found cool options and we already sold one investment with a profit. We are not selling the second one yet, we are thinking of renting it out in the future. Also, all the questions about the paperwork and the furnishing of the apartment, the guys from the after-sales department helped us a lot. Dasha, she took into account all our wishes for furniture and appliances and helped us choose exactly what we wanted!
By the way, our friends also bought an apartment in this company and are very satisfied.
We are very fastidious buyers and yet, Stay Property company, as professionals in their field, have worked 100 percent!

The company employs a friendly team of professionals in their field, responsible people who are open to dialogue and solve all issues at any stage of home purchase in the shortest possible time. From the first day, Ilona, a sales manager, started working with us - a very competent specialist - they discussed our wishes and financial possibilities. She clearly organized all the stages of buying an apartment – tax number, bank, document transfers, tapu receipt, connection of meters. I do not recommend the company as a developer, there are many shortcomings, the delivery of the object has been overdue for 11 months, they put forward an ID of 50 € for that, they either have an answer ready for each question, or ignore it, the goal is only money, not quality.

I do not recommend this company, liars and more liars Complex in Avsallar Valley Residence.Abandoned and no one needs it.Dirt and mold is what we got from this company.They sued them to do the complex.They also have a conscience that allows us to demand an IDAT of 50 euros.So think again before buying an apartment from this company
