In 2021, we purchased an apartment in The Voyage Residence from Stay property, a new luxury residential complex in the Avsallar area near Alanya. They promised to fulfill all the terms of the contract, complete infrastructure. The completion was planned for 2022, but it is already 2024 and the complex is not fully completed. Stay property has not fulfilled its obligations in full. Now the owners are desperately fighting for their rights so that the complex is fully completed!

Our family learned about the construction company Stay Property from friends. They bought a ready-made apartment in Alanya from them in 2022. Then we were very interested in their story about buying real estate in Turkey. And when we had a financial opportunity this year, we also decided to turn to them, because our family has small children with constant colds, and there is little sun in our region. Even we could not believe that we would succeed, but the Russian-speaking manager Elena helped us first with the choice of a place, and then solve all the issues related to the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement and then with the preparation of documents for registration of ownership. Elena was constantly in touch with us.
And this summer we will already be relaxing in our own apartment in Alanya, near the Payallare embankment!!! We recommend Stay Property to everyone!

We bought an apartment in the Oba area of Alanya, which was fully ready to move in. We contacted Stay Property based on a recommendation. From the moment of contacting us to signing the contract, we received only positive impressions.
Manager Elena, who accompanied our transaction, was a very competent and operational specialist. She answered all our questions. Also, an Omer specialist from the after-sales service helped us a lot with obtaining a residence permit after buying an apartment.
