Clean, nice and cozy. There is a small kitchenette in the room, you can cook something. There is a metro and tram stop with a bus nearby. There is a supermarket within walking distance where you can buy groceries. Among the disadvantages, it is not possible to pay on the spot, especially in the current situation for Russians.
