This is not just a bad service, it's a spit in the customer's face.
Today I made an order for my child. It would seem that it could be simpler — a burger and potatoes. But it's hard to even call what they brought us food.
The potatoes were cold and had been shipped. And the burger… I can't even find the right words. It was incredibly salty, with an incomprehensible smell, inedible — just a mockery. The child took a horrified bite and said, "Mom, this doesn't taste good." I tried it myself — it's impossible to eat.
Naturally, I went to the counter and politely asked to redo the order. And do you know what the young man behind the counter told me?
He waved his hand mockingly and said, “That's fine.”
No apologies, no respect. Only rudeness and complete indifference to the client.
I returned the burger, as well as the desire to ever return to this place.
I didn't come to the diner at the train station. It should be an institution where people are given food, especially children! But here there is no food, no respect, no human attitude.
Dear owners, if you have such boors working for you, you are not just losing customers — you are losing trust, reputation and a human face.
I sincerely do not recommend anyone to come here.
If you value your health, nerves, and self—respect, stay away from this "institution."
Shame. Pain. And utter despair
To begin with, the Steak & Burger is located in the Grand Park. This means working on quantity, not quality. It's not the first time I've ordered, but there's always one script. Only the cutlet is warm in the burger, the rest is all from the refrigerator. The tomatoes are very salty there, and the sauce is a regular cap. French fries are expensive, but not tasty. They give her a small bag of ketchup. But despite these claims, of those who sell burgers there (I mean competitors), today, the burger tastes like a burger. In other places, it's a waste of money. Unlike their competitors, they have big burgers and a patty is felt. The design is interesting, you immediately pay attention to it. The staff is also pleasant, they always take orders quickly. But out of 5 orders, only 1 time it turned out to be paid via QR, the rest are transfers.
