We did everything on time, but when I got home, it turned out that the laptop keys were stuck at the bottom of the keyboard. I understand that I can't prove anything already. I have one question, is there really such a need to drink and eat over the equipment that you repair?
Terrible service and attitude.
The laptop has been in service for 3 months. I called every day to find out what stage of repair it was at, but in response I heard "Sorry, we can't tell you anything, no one was working on your laptop." After a while, I finally asked to talk personally with an engineer who said, "We can't make your laptop, there are no necessary parts anywhere. You need to wait until a person with a kind heart appears and puts the necessary part on the Internet for sale. It can take as long as a year, two, three, five... In the meantime, it will just be stored with us."
There was no hope anymore. She just asked me to send it back.
When I came to pick it up at the store, I saw that it was all dusty and there were greasy finger marks on the back cover. In addition, they wrote out a check for 500 rubles for the "diagnosis".
Of course, she did not pay the money. I immediately took the laptop to another service and the next day, in the morning, they called me and said that today they could come and pick up the REPAIRED laptop.
Thank you, SteelSmart. I won't contact you anymore.
