I have asked questions of various levels of complexity many times. Everything is very high quality. The price tag bites a little, but I'm always happy with the performance.
A good studio near the house. I brought 5 trousers for hemming, everything was done in just a couple of days, as promised. All the fabric scraps were given away. The prices are good, the quality of work is excellent.
On Monday morning, I brought jeans to replace the zipper. They said Tuesday at 17.00, but if they don't make it, they will call and then they can pick it up on Wednesday.
So it happened, they called on Tuesday at ~ 15.30, apologized and said that they did not have time, but it would be ready on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, I arrived at about 5.10 pm, but the jeans were not ready.
They answered in an ugly and impertinent way.
They said I could wait, when asked how long to wait, they said an hour (but I didn't have that much time to wait)
Then I asked why no one had called and warned me that it would not be ready today either, but the master just went into another room. I stood there and didn't understand what was going on, then I asked a question.:
- Will someone answer me?
And in response, a far from unpleasant and uncivilized "What?"
- why didn't anyone call me and warn me?
Master:
- this is not my job, the director does it.
I only picked up my jeans on Thursday. When asked to give me a book of comments and suggestions, they asked "why?"
They searched for a long time, but still gave it to me.
On Thursday, the master who was insolent and ignored me was no longer so insolent. She said that she had done it in half an hour and that, they say, I could have waited yesterday. (But let me remind you, yesterday I was told to wait an hour). The most ugly attitude towards customers.
I won't go anymore. And I don't advise the rest.
There are places with at least a lower price list.
