A wonderful tour with a wonderful organizer Elena. Elena conducted the tour very interestingly and professionally, and received a lot of interesting information about the plant. Thanks again very much.
Interestingly, when buying a ticket to the factory, they give a gift for the election, the museum told very well and interestingly about the history of the plant and about the exhibits made of crystal and glass.A very good guide at the museum, thanks to her.
Very interesting. You can book a tour of the factory after the price includes a visit to the museum with guides. Indeed, this is a place that you need to visit for your development, both spiritual and artistic
It's great to come here to see the history of glassmaking, a gorgeous museum if you don't hurry. The production itself brings sadness about the departed greatness of the plant. Now it is a shadow of the former production, colored glass has been stopped, powder paints. But I am glad that the plant has not stopped and makes it possible not to lose such an interesting field of production in Belarus
Cons - we were on a morning tour at 9-9.30, unfortunately we could not see much at the factory since there were no dishes yet, the guide tried, but ... it's better not to arrange it so early or choose a later time.
Pros - the oven is impressive, the staff are well-disposed, sociable, well done with the uniform is nice. The process itself is very interesting. The guide at the museum for the curious told additional information thanks to her.
The place is interesting, the process of making glasses is fascinating. You need to make an appointment for the tour in advance, payment is only in cash (important for visitors). After the tour, they give a gift, sooo nice!
It is quite an interesting excursion for those who like industrial tourism. It went to both adults and children. An interesting museum of glass. A large store of the factory's products.
Just for once. There is a guide in the museum.. She told me an interesting story.. especially if you talk.. in the workshop near the furnace.. It was not clear.. He stood on a pedestal.. we are watching the process or the factory workers are watching us.. ))) the toilet is only in the museum.. I didn't work in the dining room next to the entrance.. for excursions of 30 people.. This is how to spend the day in general.. you can learn something new..
I came here on an excursion. Sadness and longing. Once the largest city-forming enterprise, which was famous for its products, including outside Belarus. Now you can't look without tears, darkness, serious investments are needed, and, I believe, a complete renewal of the management staff in order to reboot and revive the business, meet the requirements of the time. There is zero automation, almost everything is done manually, the company keeps afloat with the last of its strength on those hard workers who have been working here for generations.
On August 24, 2024, I was on an excursion. And I want to say that the impression was disgusting! And it is because of the guide Elena Nagulevich Alexandrovna! Completely unprofessional attitude towards visitors! I got the impression that this job was very difficult and hateful for her, I did not pay money for the tour in order to be reprimanded and rebuked. At the end of the tour, I expressed my complaints, instead of apologizing, Elena Alexandrovna began to sort things out. The sediment remained for the whole day
A cool factory, an interesting though not long tour of the old workshops where handmade crystal is still made, as I understand it, it's a pity I didn't get into the new ones..(and it's so cool, a small museum and a company store on site with adequate prices - I recommend visiting for those who are interested :)
We were on an excursion. The tour consisted of 2 parts, a visit to the production and the museum of glass exhibition products. Both parts are interesting and different. They watched the molding and processing process as if mesmerized. Pleasant guides.
I was worried that the very type of production would confuse, but they didn't even pay attention to the result.
Guided tours are not available on Mondays and Tuesdays. Visit by appointment. All necessary information is available on the plant's website in the museum section. Using the specified phone numbers, we easily contacted the staff and agreed on the time. Since there were only two of us, we were joined to the nearest excursion group. It was the first time we were in production, so we were very impressed. For those who are interested in glass, crystal is very informative. The guide answered all our questions.
We accidentally got on a tour, we liked everything very much. The first part of the tour was held in the workshops, it was very interesting to watch the work, the second part took place directly in the museum. An amazing tour guide, told about all the products that were presented and even more, a very enthusiastic person. At the end of the tour of the workshops, they give a gift, the children were delighted. The impressions of visiting the tour, the museum and the store were incredibly pleasant.
Good service culture. Everything was fine, I really love the products of this factory, but now you can only buy a set, I think this is wrong, a person has the right to buy as much as he sees fit. I bought a set of expensive dishes as a gift, but it so happened that two glasses broke, I wanted to buy, but that was not the case, the sale was only a set. Although there is practically no one in the store, it means that the factory management is not at all interested in how many of these products have been sold. I think this is a huge disadvantage for the company and, of course, the management.
A very interesting tour. The history of the plant and the work of the team deserve attention and respect. Be sure to visit the museum. I would like the modern nomenclature of the manufactured products of the plant to correspond to the exhibits of the museum.
The tour of the factory turned out to be meager, because a third of the employees were on vacation. It was very interesting to visit the museum. You definitely need to go to the company store.
It is impossible to get on the tour . No website, nothing. Just the phone of some woman who is never at work. We 've been trying to get on the tour for two years in a row , but no .
An interesting tour, an excellent museum... However, the company store has a very small assortment. It is probably not very correct to compare with the Czech Republic at the present time, at the same time, only white glass products are on sale...
Interesting excursions are conducted at the glass factory, I recommend
After what I saw, I began to appreciate the contents of my grandmother's sideboard! Huge manual labor!
A good company store from a glass factory with pleasant prices
my wife and I visited here back in 22m. we visited the production and a wonderful excursion. it was important for us to visit there with professional interest, to be inspired by those remnants of the Soviet school, which unfortunately no longer exist on the territory of the Russian Federation.
We were on an excursion with my group. It was very interesting and informative.
The factory workers were ready to answer any question. It was very pleasant. So I strongly advise you to visit the factory
An interesting place, an interesting museum, excellent guides, wonderful excursions (15 rubles for adults, 12 rubles for children). Yes, an appointment is required, but it's worth it to come here
I was on an excursion. The factory employs people who make a miracle with their own hands. There is a museum at the factory where unique items are exhibited. And there is also a store that you can't leave without shopping
Who has never been can go on an excursion. Stand for about an hour near the furnace and two machines and visit the museum. The museum, like everything else, is living out its century, but there are interesting exhibits. Children will be fine, but for tourist purposes only if on the road. There is not a big store.
An enterprise with its own history, which is described in detail in the museum at the enterprise. The tourists are also accompanied to the workshops, where they demonstrate the manufacture of manufactured crystal products.
We went on excursions with children on vacation at the factory and at the museum. It was very informative, we saw the production and the hot shop. There are many works by different masters in the museum. After the tour, they presented gifts. I recommend
After visiting this factory, I began to look at all glass products in a different way. Now I know how hard they were made. On an excursion organized to this factory, it was told and shown how glass products are created and how carved crystal products appear. I also advise you to visit the glass museum of this factory.
I got on an excursion! You have golden hands, you create beauty, kind people- or rather, workers, I watched without taking my eyes off how you work. It's a shame that the plant is afloat - the salary you have should be much higher. It's a shame there is so much glass that should please the eye in the bar- it stands on the shelf of the warehouse (. The worse our bottles are from imported ones, etc. I want to wish your factory good sales, maybe one day we will see your dishes with a corporate logo filled with a delicious drink of our country!
I liked the tour to the production (although it seemed that we spent little time in the workshops), we received a pleasant gift from the factory (by the way, every adult and child receives a pleasant gift after the tour). A wonderful museum of glass and crystal, very interesting stories and exhibits, worth a visit. And a store of branded products at very pleasant prices. I recommend.
