Cons - we were on a morning tour at 9-9.30, unfortunately we could not see much at the factory since there were no dishes yet, the guide tried, but ... it's better not to arrange it so early or choose a later time.

Guided tours are not available on Mondays and Tuesdays. Visit by appointment. All necessary information is available on the plant's website in the museum section. Using the specified phone numbers, we easily contacted the staff and agreed on the time. Since there were only two of us, we were joined to the nearest excursion group. It was the first time we were in production, so we were very impressed. For those who are interested in glass, crystal is very informative. The guide answered all our questions.

I came here on an excursion. Sadness and longing. Once the largest city-forming enterprise, which was famous for its products, including outside Belarus. Now you can't look without tears, darkness, serious investments are needed, and, I believe, a complete renewal of the management staff in order to reboot and revive the business, meet the requirements of the time. There is zero automation, almost everything is done manually, the company keeps afloat with the last of its strength on those hard workers who have been working here for generations.

Случайно попали на экскурсию, все очень понравилось. Первая часть экскурсии проводилась в цехах, очень интересно было наблюдать за работой, вторая часть проходила непосредственно в музее. Потрясающая экскурсовод, рассказала про все изделия, что были представлены и даже больше, очень увлеченный человек. В конце экскурсии по цехам дают подарок, дети остались в восторге. Впечатления от посещения экскурсии, музея и магазина остались невероятно приятные.

I bought a set of expensive dishes as a gift, but it so happened that two glasses broke, I wanted to buy, but that was not the case, the sale was only a set. Although there is practically no one in the store, it means that the factory management is not at all interested in how many of these products have been sold. I think this is a huge disadvantage for the company and, of course, the management.

После посещения этого завода, я стала по другому смотреть на все стекляные изделия. Теперь я знаю каким тяжелым трудом они изготовлены. На экскурсии организованной на этот завод, было рассказано и показано, как создаются изделия из стекла и как появляются резные хрустальные изделия. Так же советую посетить музей стекла этого завода.

Были на экскурсии с детьми на каникулах на производстве и в музее. Очень познавательно , видели производство и горячий цех. В музее много работ разных мастеров. После экскурсии подарили подарки. Рекомендую

Попал на экскурсию ! У вас золотые руки вы творите красоту, добрые люди- вернее работники , смотрел не отрывая глаз как вы работаете. Обидно одно что завод на плаву - зарплата которую вы имеете должна быть намного больше . Как же обидно столько много стекла которое должно радовать глаз в баре- стоит на полке склада (. Чем хуже наши бутылки от импортных и т.п. Хочу пожелать вашему заводу хороших продаж , может когда то мы увидим вашу посуду с фирменным логотипом наполненным вкусным напитком нашей страны !

Понравилась экскурсия на производство (хотя показалось, что мало времени провели в цехах), получили приятный подарок от завода (кстати, каждый взрослый и ребенок получает приятный подарок после экскурсии). Прекрасный музей стекла и хрусталя, очень интересные истории и экспонаты, стоит посетить. И магазин фирменной продукции по весьма приятным ценам. Рекомендую.
