But if you are counting on qualified specialists, then run away from this place! In MAY, our vacation was almost ruined, We were simply forgotten (the day before departure). Everything was on edge. Therefore, next time, just not the Glasshouse!!!

Have a nice day, everyone. I want to leave a review about the tour to Hainan Island, Sanya, selected by this tour operator. I rested on the peninsula from 02/01/2024 to 02/8/2024. The air temperature was 28 degrees, the sea was 24 degrees. The hotel was Bi Hai Jin Sha (Sanya Bay) 3*, but in terms of comfort, size and quality of service it was a good 4. Every day there is a change of towels and linen, toilet trifles and room cleaning, bottles of drinking water. The room has good air conditioning, a huge bed, a sofa, two armchairs, a table, two bedside tables, a TV, a modem for Internet and television, a kettle and cups. Special thanks to the girls from the travel agency for early check-in. After a long flight, it was great!!! The hotel has a large heated swimming pool, 1.5m deep, tables and sun loungers around, swim as much as you want)It is difficult to describe the nature and just the atmosphere of the island in words, you need to see and feel it! The Chinese themselves are very friendly, they try to help if they have any questions. The only small difficulty was with the breakfast meals, as the hotel's cuisine is Chinese. Such a small surprise))) I really liked the rest, the excursions are interesting, the tan is beautiful (I took the spf 50 cream and did not regret it), there are enough Russians to communicate)) Thanks to the Glass Industry for the excellent organization of the holiday)
