We received family warmth, everything necessary for living is there: a clean room and linen, shower, electric stove, air conditioning in each room. They will always advise you where to go on an excursion, where is the best store or what is not worth taking at the market.
It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea, not big shops within walking distance
The very center of Sukhum, yes, in the evening it is very beautiful, everything lights up, palm trees glow, there is a hotel nearby, you can walk along the embankment, admire the century-old trees.
If you have at least some objections about Stella's hotel, then discard them right now.
It is definitely necessary for you to stay here if you are passing through, or on vacation in Sukhumi.
The rooms are clean, with high ceilings, spacious and bright.
Nice mattresses on the beds and really clean and fresh linen.
Its own enclosed courtyard, along the fencing of the paths to the rooms, delicious local Isabella grapes grow. Oh, my God, it doesn't sting your lips, it's really delicious and pleasant. This is how it should be.
If in the evening you are lucky enough to exchange a few words, or even talk for life with the hostess and her mother (I hope I understood the relationship correctly) - beautiful women, then do it in an inappropriate way. I recommend it to you from the bottom of my heart.
And on the second floor of one of the buildings there is just a magical veranda. It has furniture and decoration in the theme, there are tables, chairs, hammocks, wicker hanging chairs and a kitchenette with a sink. A great place for evening gatherings.
By the way, buy wine from the hostess.
It's really delicious. And fragrant.
Nearby - literally one house away from this place, there is a good cafe with delicious cuisine.
Below, a couple of blocks away, there is a restaurant.
By the way, they served in the cafe faster than in the restaurant. Ask the hostess for advice, she will tell you where to go.
We didn't spare a single ruble for this place.
Thanks to Stella for the hospitality.
I'll attach some photos from the surrounding area.
This guest house has only four rooms on the second floor. One bathroom and a shower room for all rooms. There is a kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave. The beds are comfortable. Free WiFi. There is a bus stop nearby where you can take public transport and a minibus to the border. There is a botanical garden nearby. The shop is also nearby. It's a long way to the embankment, but public transport is very cheap. The audibility in the rooms is good, the shower is not comfortable, water gets on the floor. The hosts are calm and hospitable. A couple of nights to spend the night is fine, but it's not very long to live.
A great guest house. The hosts are super hospitable, the room has air conditioning. There is an iron and a microwave.
The sea is 15 minutes away, and the exit is right on the embankment.
I really liked everything, I recommend it!!!
Stella is a wonderful hostess. Hospitable, knows the city. And how khachapur cooks!
The house has many rooms for every taste, there is water, kitchens, several bathrooms. Grapes, avocados, limes grow on the territory. It is easier to name what is not growing.
The sea is about 15 minutes on foot, which is not critical for people who lead a mobile lifestyle.
I highly recommend this guest house! 👍
