The hotel is located in a good location. I had a view of the marina from the window. It takes at least 15 minutes to walk to the beach. There are many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. A magnificent hotel! The location is excellent: DMCC metro is within walking distance (10 minutes), JBL Beach is within walking distance (15 minutes), there is also a shuttle service to the beach from the hotel, but we never used it.
We got upgraded from the hotel, the windows overlooked the highway and the marina (noise is minimal, we slept great). There is no balcony or heated towel rail. The room is tired, but everything you need for a comfortable stay is there: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee machine, kettle, scales, bathrobe, slippers, a full set of all bathroom accessories.
I would like to note separately the quality of cleaning (daily) Ganesh, absolutely all wishes and preferences have been heard and implemented. If you suddenly forgot or do not have an adapter for the European connector, ask for it at the reception, they will give it out without any problems.
We only had breakfast, everyone was satisfied, a buffet.
I definitely recommend this hotel for all inexperienced people!

I liked the hotel, very clean rooms, bed linen, towels-perfectly clean. The room cleaning is also great.
The breakfasts are very tasty, there is a large selection, everyone will find something to taste.
But the reception is absolutely useless, they smile sweetly, but they can't solve a single issue.
In the main restaurant, during breakfast, the restaurant employee Mina behaved terribly, was rude, moved the dishes loudly on purpose, cleaned everything very noisily. Then he came up to us and aggressively began to talk about how we need to finish breakfast. It was terribly unpleasant, rude and extremely unprofessional. We complained to the managers at the reception, but no one came out with a response.

A budget five-star hotel, one of the advantages is the price, Russian-speaking staff, good breakfasts, 10-12 minutes walk to the Persian Gulf, which I did not like, there are rooms for smokers, we were so lucky thanks after 2 days they moved to another room, on one side of the hotel there is a construction site on the other side the windows are thin, the audibility from the street is decent it did not affect my sleep personally, the dinners are of the same type and not straight wow, but you will not stay hungry, a deposit of 150 derham is charged upon arrival for one beach towel, the amount is refunded upon departure.

Good location! However, the pool is not big.. You can 't get a tan before the snow melts , because the shadow from the neighboring buildings covers you ! The rooms are nice, the breakfast is excellent! I've been to this hotel a couple of times... but the hotel is old and there are better places on the Marina.

Great hotel! The rooms are nice, the room has everything you need to relax. Swimming pool, spa area. The Russian-speaking staff is very attentive and friendly. On nutrition. The breakfasts are excellent. The dinners are ordinary. Therefore, if you like to have a varied dinner, it is better not to take dinners, but to visit cafes, of which there are a great many in the area and on the Marina embankment.
P. S. I read other reviews about dinners. We didn't have shrimp and seafood.We rested in the second half of March 2024. Maybe because of Ramadan, the dinners were more modest..

Pros: -Russian-speaking staff.
- cleaning every day.
- not a bad choice on the buffet

In fact, the hotel does not reach 5 stars.
Minuses:
- The construction site is under the window, the noise insulation from the street is very bad, I constantly woke up at 7 in the morning from the noise.
- The food is a little specific, there is delicious, there is one that is impossible to eat.
- They asked to check in early, since they were on the road for a day, they did not check in.
- Transfer to a dirty beach, I would like it to be clean. Since you can walk to the dirty central on foot.
In general, the hotel is not bad, with a maximum of 4 stars.

Do not be fooled by the persuasions of travel agents and do not take a tour to this hotel!!! It's not five stars!! ! I fell for the reviews on the Internet and thought I could enjoy the cuisine... The buffet breakfasts are good, although they are the same. But the dinners are so-so. In my opinion, those who write that it is very tasty, they just didn't eat anything sweeter than bitter radish! Well, it's not tasty!
The adult pool is small, the mattresses on the deck chairs are stained and burned with cigarettes. There are stains on the curtains. Well, a five-star hotel shouldn't allow itself to do that. The construction is currently underway at the level of 12-15 floors, so if the windows overlook the side of the construction site and you get a room at the level up to the 15th floor, you will look at the construction site. This is not the fault of the hotel, just consider this fact when choosing. For the rest: daily cleaning - in the afternoon. They update toiletries, tea, coffee. The air conditioners are really too cold, almost all the guests complain.
I can't find the words to express the level of my disappointment that the hotel is declared as a five-star hotel, but it is not!

Nice hotel and very nice friendly staff. The lobby and rooms are beautiful, always clean, and the view from the window is of the bustling Dubai life. The hotel cares about the environment, so there are cards in the room with an unobtrusive offer to take care of nature (for example, if you have to change your bed linen according to the schedule today, and tomorrow you plan to check out, you can leave a note saying that you can not change the bed linen today). A great hotel with excellent service. The location is very good. It takes ~ 15 minutes to walk to the Persian Gulf in the heat, but there is a bus from the hotel. The hotel has two swimming pools. We were in Dubai with my husband for the first time and chose the Stella Di Mare Hotel for accommodation and honeymoon. I liked everything very much! We lived on the 29th floor, the view is cool, the room is large, clean, cleaning every day (Thanks a lot to Rashid). I liked the food, there was something new for breakfast and dinner every day. Always fruits, vegetables, meat, fresh juices, fish are not so often offered a lot, but there are. Desserts are delicious. The service and staff are wonderful, very responsive, smiling, polite.
Near the metro station, Dubai Marina shopping center, to the beach (12 minutes spotted) a beautiful beach, overlooking the wheel and all the sights. There is also a transfer to the beach and the shopping center. I liked the spa, there is a gym. A pool with water where you can cool off. Towels are always given both on the beach and by the pool. Very expensive cocktails, of course, but there is nothing cheap in Dubai 😊

An amazing hotel, I recommend it 100 percent
This is not the first time in Dubai and this is the best hotel both in terms of location and food! The rooms are good, cleaned every day, the room has everything you need

Dear, beloved compatriots! Please do not choose this hotel! We paid 200,000 just for a 7-night stay for two and were extremely disappointed ((If you are not blind, not deaf and do not want to visit the Ghetto, you definitely are not here. On the one hand there is a huge highway, on the other there is a construction site, on the third there is a mosque! The windows are not of high quality, there is no sound insulation at all. The carpets in the hotel lobby are very dirty, the furniture is worn out, the walls are dirty, the pool is small, there are not enough sunbeds. The food is disgusting, cold. The restaurant has the atmosphere of a Soviet dining room with an outdated interior, tables without tablecloths and overseers standing over you! The only advantage of the hotel is a comfortable bed with luxury bedding, which changes every day and the distance by bus to the beach is 5 minutes. That's IT! There are not enough advantages for this money(((

I really liked it
Nice room, clean and most importantly - a super view of the Marina
Take it with a surcharge, in other directions the noisy construction site of the hotel is nearby
The food is amazingly varied, a lot of things are cooked at breakfast with you, dinner is not repeated in any dish for a week
The children's pool is wonderful, with palm trees

I'm here now. The first thing I want to do is express my gratitude to the chefs!!!! Everything is fantastically delicious. For every taste and weight and age. I watched a picture of a narrow-minded mother who locked the child in a 5-star hotel (the hotel is not really for children, by the way) and forced the cook to cook her child pasta. Separately. Although there is always pasta there. Porridges, soups, salads, and what desserts!!!!!! Everything is bombically delicious. Second. Separately, thank you to all the staff very much!!!! Everything is clean and perfect. Girls and boys will always help and prompt at the reception. Just a super hotel!!!! But.. There is one for me but. I thought 10 minutes to the sea was nonsense. And it really is, especially since there is a bus every hour to the beach. But.... 10 minutes in July is a lot. Every second is important during this period. Because it's very, very hot. And yes, the air here is not dry, as they say in travel agencies. It's not that wet, it's wet!!!!! The heat is hard to bear. And I wish the hotel prosperity and grateful guests!!!! I sooo liked everything.
