Great hotel. Friendly staff. For convenience, I recommend taking breakfast and lunch and dinner to choose from. Breakfast is quite dense, you can wait until dinner. There is not enough mirror in the room, there is only in the bathroom but not in full height. I was very glad to receive a birthday cake class from the hotel. I liked the pillows very comfortable. Everything is clean and cool , my wife and I liked it . I recommend it
When settling in, they began to lay out things - we open the closet - used men's underpants and socks are lying - this immediately alerted. After the first day - unpacking suitcases - there was a lot of garbage left - there was no cleaning for tomorrow, they explained at the reception that maybe we had a red stripe burning, i.e. do not disturb. But initially we didn't know about this strip. There is no information, although the Russian-speaking reception. This is not a joke - there is only hot water in the bidet - they repeatedly applied to the reception, fed breakfast, fixed it a week later. During a meal in a restaurant - dirty chairs at the tables, someone spilled food on the chairs. Despite repeated requests - there was no replacement, the answer is there is nothing to replace. We contacted the reception with all the claims - to clarify when and how many times a week there is cleaning - they explained to us daily if the red stripe at the entrance to the room is not lit. The strip was turned off, the garbage is being taken out, but the cleaning is not visible. Towels and linen as it was and remained. The only towels are reduced in quantity. Apparently they clean up completely dirty ones, leave more or less clean ones, the same ones. Four days have passed - we are waiting for what will happen next. In the afternoon we met a supervisor - cleaning and linen replacement in the room are normal. We recommend that there should be no manual control when the supervisor fixes everything. There is a reception - they called and asked, you can fix everything. Every employee should worry about the image of the hotel.
Convenient location, BUT there are specifics at 5 am they start reading the Koran for the whole marina. Do not get enough sleep the first night, but on the 2-3 day new sensations from such an early rise, imbued with local flavor😍

We rested in February 2020 for 12 days. I liked everything very much. Lucky with the weather + 28-30 To the sea 10 minutes. There is a transfer. The metro is 10 minutes away. We took a lot of excursions, but it turned out that 12 days were not enough to combine a beach holiday with excursions. In our plans in 2021, if the map goes well (pandemic), WE WILL RETURN

Nice rooms, good service, friendly Russian-speaking staff. According to popular comments , I can say the following:
1) The shower cabin flows only if the hydro massage is turned on to full, in other cases everything is fine.
2) There is a queue for breakfast, if you come after 9 am, everything is free at an earlier time.
Excellent location, nice rooms with a view of the Marina. The pool is located on the ground floor, there is little sun there, we always basked on the beach!
We rested at this hotel from April 5 to April 11, 6 nights 7 full days, flew from Nizhny Novgorod , were at the hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning, within half an hour we were given a room and settled in, a lot of Russian-speaking girls, which pleased us, in particular, communicated only with Diana, fully received all the comprehensive information, very attentive and kind attitude to each guest!the room was on the 6th floor, fully corresponded to the description and photos from the hotel's website, everything is 5 stars, only noise insulation suffers, but it's not scary,,, the breakfasts are just wonderful, everything is there, and porridge and soup, a lot of greens, cheeses, olives, pastries, the staff is ready to please any guest, everyone is friendly, we walked 10 minutes to the sea-15maximum, there are two chain supermarkets near, all products are available, in particular, we bought a lot of different fruits there,, on the Marina canal embankment, there are restaurants of Uzbek cuisine, went there for lunch,excellent business lunches for an affordable price,,,,we liked everything-both the location of the hotel and the hotel itself!!!
