It seems that they don't care at all whether you get a high-quality medical service or not. Service level 3/5. The oculist (I do not remember the man's name, unfortunately) is more adequate and attentive, but I also did not like it in terms of communication: I asked several times what astigmatism is and how it affects eyesight with glasses, but I did not get a clear answer. As a result, as I wrote, I had to abandon his recipe. It is a pity for the time and money spent on services in this clinic.
