I ordered a TSG Pass Pro helmet with delivery from Minsk to Moscow. We wrote off via Avito, then went to telegram, discussed the size, payment and delivery. Payment by invoice (details) takes about 2-3 days, after that the shipment is made and another 2-3 days for delivery. Everything is pretty fast, friendly, packed well, no complaints. The package is complete, they put stickers. I am very pleased.

I was planning to order a snowboard in this "Element" store, I phoned, they began to dissuade me from the chosen model with a far-fetched reason, the supposedly favorable price for this model is due to the fact that the store does not give any guarantee for the product due to frequent marriage. This has already led me to the definition of a thought, but I decided to place an order anyway, and asked the manager to send me an invoice for payment. What was my surprise when the price was set at 3! three times more than the price at the official exchange rate on the day of purchase.
They argued to me that they sell for Russia at such prices! In general, I do not advise anyone to get involved with these greedy merchants.

I bought videos from the guys three years ago (although I have been familiar with the store for more than 10 years and go to them for extreme goods). They helped me a lot with the choice. They let me rollerblade around the store to get a feel for the size.
Overall, the staff is very friendly and there is a large selection (of videos for sure). A warm atmosphere in the store itself.
In addition, every year before the start of the season, I bring them my videos for free inspection / service. The guys are happy to do a free inspection /lubrication and suggest care.

According to the availability of goods, the store is good, but to order from them on the website, you need to register. To register, you need to specify your residential/registration addresses. To receive an order, you need to come to the store with a passport. If you ask to cancel the order, it is also difficult - you need to call the person with whom you communicated about the order and how you said "say out loud" that you refuse the product)))
And if you can't pick it up and you asked a colleague / husband / brother to pick up your order (while the order was not paid by you in advance), then you must write a power of attorney indicating the passport details of two people 🤦♀️
At the same time, the one who will receive the order instead of you must also have a passport with him... Nowadays, everyone strives to simplify online shopping, but here it is the opposite. As a result, 40 minutes were spent on solving all these issues. I do not advise ordering online and wasting time.

Good afternoon. There was a breakdown of the axes on my K2 rollers, the rollers themselves are of the old model and as it turned out there are no such axes in Mogilev. I called the Element store, reset the dimensions and photos of the axes to them in Telegram. The consultants selected the necessary axes and sent them by European mail to Mogilev, they fit perfectly.
