A disgusting store in which the sellers do not know how to talk. The sandals fell apart after 6 days, the money was not returned, but only ablated. I had to contact the consumer protection organization and do an examination for poor-quality shoes. But even with the documents in hand, coming to their store in order to return the money, they were also rude and the money was not immediately returned. I haven't written my problem in the book of complaints and suggestions yet. Only then, with shouting and insults at me, the money was returned the next day. They don't know any laws or rights, and you can forget about the culture of behavior at all.

I bought shoes in this store, the sandals were already all torn, the seller praised these shoes all the time, which is good quality, but it turned out differently. I do not recommend it!!

We bought boots in this store, fell apart a month later, the seller angrily claimed that the warranty period had ended and could not help in any way in this situation. We bought another pair of boots and the same situation only 3 weeks later.
