I've been to the Stylist twice for a haircut. The first time at Inna's master, I did a very good job. I have curly hair and previously I was always asked: "do we keep the curls or straighten them for brushing?". I always chose the latter, although I really like my curls. Inna finished her haircut and dried it. I've trimmed it. Everything is great.
I couldn't make an appointment with Inna before my vacation and decided to go to another master (I didn't remember the name), the haircut was generally done well, but the sediment remained after the second visit. After the haircut, they started drying me with a hair dryer, driving it as if they were inflating something. "Maybe just dry it at the roots," I thought and asked if she would do something else, because curly hair without funds would just fluff or brush. They answered me a little rudely, "no, it will be laying." I had to wash my hair at home and put it to bed, because they spoiled my mood. The administrator is also not particularly friendly, as well as communication on Instagram through force, as if the answers are happening

The staff is polite, the interior is neat and pleasant.
But manicure (just treat the cuticle) they did it disgustingly.
The receptionist saw my confused look, apparently, prompted me to immediately say that I was not satisfied, and they would redo everything for me. I went to redo it. As a result, the difference was small. It was necessary to show the master almost every mm that there was still a cuticle sticking out.

After the proceedings with my participation, they cut it well, but it was already much shorter. Everyone's in a bad mood. They stopped going to this salon to get a haircut. Although Master Olga cut both my daughter and me perfectly. I did not write a review, I made do with a book. But now I have decided to fill this gap. My daughter went for a pedicure. Everything is OK. The MAESTRO himself gave out a bonus flyer for 5 minutes of free solarium. I gave it to my father. It doesn't say who should sunbathe - boys or girls. The husband went. They said the ticket was old, not valid, although 10 days had passed, and it was undated. I called to be outraged, it was made clear to me that only girls sunbathe. It seems that something is wrong with them. Something's not coming off. Don't get fooled by these bonuses. Checked - it doesn't work.

We came to the salon to trim the tips of our daughter by 2 cm, master Victoria did it, but by more than 6 cm. She justified it by saying that this is such a haircut technology. Moreover, their administrator also told me about such a technoligy, without having the proper skills. We also visited the hands of master Inna, who is a rare boor, it seemed that we were not in the salon, but in a social barbershop with interns. Inna can't even comb her hair neatly, namely, she pulls them out with a comb. To my displeasure, she threw a comb and said: if you don't like something, then re-sign. I have never seen such rudeness.
