We bought an iron, it failed after 2 months of operation. They brought it to the store, they changed it for us without any problems, the staff were very kind. The range of products is quite wide - there is plenty to choose from.

This afternoon my wife and I went to buy an electric oven.At our request to sell us an oven, we were asked for money (59 UAH) for some kind of guarantee.We refused to pay, referring to the manufacturer's warranty.We were told that if we did not buy their warranty, the equipment would be sold to us.We went downhill.And how not to use profanity here.
