I stopped by the tire shop, when the wheels were removed, I noticed that the steering tip was broken, I went to the master, he quickly ordered, they brought it relatively quickly, replaced it, made a collapse, everything is in place, I really liked the range of services.
About 10 years ago, or even more, the service station was on top, excellent craftsmen, locksmiths and reasonable prices. But what's been happening lately is just cool. They take the car for a few days, practically what they indicate in the services, from this, it's good if half is done, and they take the money, just for nothing and huge. There is no guarantee or calculation. After their repair, replacement of the timing belt, repair of the fuel pump, generator belt mechanism, practically nothing was really done. I clarified with an independent specialist, the fuel pump was filled with epoxy so that it would not leak, this is all its repair, after a couple of thousand runs it began to get wet again, respectively, and all the belts that become unusable from this. Some parts were not replaced, although the work was indicated according to the calculation. They ripped off a lot of money and after them all the work had to be redone! New handbrake rims were stolen from the trunk, the original dipstick was used to check the level of the washing liquid, and a torn plug was put in its place. They are rummaging through the luggage compartment and glove compartment, they do not behave correctly. I strongly do not recommend this service, you will be left without money and proper repairs.
I shouldn 't have read the reviews of previous car owners, but I fully agree with them!! The service in general , so as not to be unfounded , sucks ! It feels like they 're doing it on a whim !!! They made mistakes and don 't recognize them and they make a fool of you !!!! Payment and warranty are generally a separate story , the receipt and warranty are all on a piece of paper , I barely asked for a normal work order , a month warranty for the radiator node ( of course I am not an expert - but it tells me not a month there for sure ) . I do not advise anyone, you will get caught, you will only get upset, well, not all of them - maybe they will change the wheels for you - but this is not for sure!)

A terrible HUNDRED . There were knocks in the suspension and I came to them for diagnosis. After checking the suspension, the locksmith sentenced the ball and bearings to be replaced. Everything else is fine. I bought spare parts and an hour after the diagnosis I brought them the car for repair . A few hours later, the master called me and said that everything was ready and the car could be picked up. When I came to pick up the car after paying for the repair, the master informed me that the silent blocks would also need to be changed. Of course, I'm a little freaked out. It turns out that I paid for the diagnosis , paid for the removal of levers and again have to pay for the same work .
After this service station, I decided to drive up to another service station and see for myself what was wrong with them and what condition they were in . The silent blocks turned out to be, as they say , shit.
After visiting this site, I still have a strong desire to leave an entry in the book of comments and suggestions, which I will do.
I paid for the suspension diagnostics. The whole diagnosis consisted of a visual examination of the locksmith. He said everything was fine. The suspension nevertheless rattles terribly. The collapse-convergence at another service station was refused after half an hour, because the silent blocks of the front levers were broken VERY badly. I do not recommend this service station. 1).Time spent. 2).The money spent. 3).Wasted nerves.
I drove to the collapse, the price was pleasantly surprised, the passat b3 car was made in +- 20-30 minutes, they gave a guarantee for 25 days, let's see how it will be. The first visit surprised me, I can advise the collapse.
