I came to this service station with a complaint about a knock / crackle from the engine. The next day they called back, they say you probably had the crankshaft inserts turned off, that's why the sound is like this. Well, it's like you can prepare for a serious repair.
I was upset, but decided to go to another service station just in case. They laughed at such a verdict, changed the crankshaft damper pulley, and this knock was safely gone.

They made an appointment on the phone at 9 a.m., it so happened that they arrived earlier, while waiting for a specialist, they placed an order. In forty minutes, the problem was discovered and spare parts were ordered. Since the spare parts had to wait 2-2.5 hours and 2-4 were given to work, I left the car and left. They called in 3 hours, the car is ready. The price was lower than in the city.
