Polite and responsive staff who know their business and understand the problem the customer is dealing with. The troubleshooting work was carried out at a high professional level, while the craftsmen showed non-standard solutions that saved time and, importantly, money, for which special thanks to the entire team.

An excellent service station, without exaggeration, who knows his business at a professional level. I applied for VW Taos from the USA. The car was restored after flooding. We carried out electrical work, replaced spare parts, all oils, various blocks. The car has become like a brand new one. Someone will say that it is expensive, but it is absolutely fair for high-quality and professional repairs. Always polite, friendly and understanding staff and excellent service. In my opinion, this is the best service station, I am delighted, I recommend it to everyone. I will continue to service the car at the Alternative service station, despite the fact that it is not close to me.

Professionals, consistently high level of quality of work performed (regardless of their complexity) for almost 10 years of servicing my car (Audi, 3.0 tdi, quattro) at this service station. The car was also serviced in Germany, the Czech Republic, the level of service and quality at the Alternative service station is not inferior, in relation to the customer - the best. The most experienced, highly qualified craftsmen, modern equipment, 6 lifts, convenient access from the outer ring of the MKAD (easy to find in the navigator by the name of the service station). But most of all, I wanted to thank your team for their attentive, responsible and kind attitude to customers, for their passion and love for their work (it's obvious!), for always coming to the rescue, no matter what happens, for always a high level of service.
