I once called avtosoyuzservice to repair the cylinder head, they said that they had just taken someone to repair the engine, I did not wait in line and turned to another service station. They restored the cylinder head to me for 4 weeks and gave me the car, after 20 minutes as I left, the car boiled, as a result, I went back, a day later everything was done, checked, everything works. But it seems to be getting better. I went to the diagnostics, they said that the camshaft was not set correctly, called the service station, they said come. It was already evening.I parked in the yard, in the morning I look at a puddle, antifreeze is flowing, I went to the service station. I say that we have sorted out the pitchfork and asked to see where the antifreeze is leaking. They found a radiator leak there, I tell them that the radiator is new, take it off, I'll change it under warranty, they took it off and asked where they installed the radiator, they say there is mechanical damage to the radiator that could occur during installation, but they put it on the avtozoyuzservice, called the avtozoyuzservice, told what, brought the radiator, looked, that there really are some traces of the correct shape, but there were no clear facts that this was done right during installation, but at the same time, the entire management of the service station avtozoyuzservice bought a new radiator and accompanied and advised throughout this story. At the same time, it turned out that earlier there was not quite the right radiator according to my technical characteristics, i.e. I mean that not only they bought off and forgot, but they spent a lot of their time so that the radiator was right and the client was satisfied. I was led to believe that they have two points in Minsk, I thought the guys were developing, like the customers were happy, but it turned out... Mom doesn't allow such words to be spoken. I will contact avtosoyuzservice , I wish there were more of them , with a human attitude .

An annoying small rattle registered in the car interior. By chance, I got to Kupriyanov 4 and drew attention to the service station Avtosoyuzservice. I studied the reviews on the Internet – the vast majority of customers are satisfied. On the company's website, I saw an offer for free suspension diagnostics. And I decided to take advantage of this offer with the thoughts that they would find at least something for free diagnostics. And they found it. Along the way, they noticed traces of oil and advised to replace the valve cover gasket. When asked when it could all be replaced, they offered to leave the car, to which I agreed. We found the spare parts ourselves and agreed on the prices. By the end of the working day, I just picked up the car.

The administrator immediately changed in communication and expressions. They don't issue checks.
They took it quickly, the electrician is good, but they didn't find a knock on the chassis, they confused the flow on the engine with the transmission, the suspension was inspected only on the 2 rack, without really examining the rear suspension, the staff was not in a hurry.
The best service, well done craftsmen were able to find a problem where they did not expect in any case, and broke my self-confidence, proving their professionalism, well, prices would always be lower
