But the most unpleasant moment was when their "boss" looked at the car from behind, said that her ass was painted and she was beaten and the blow was so strong that it reached the racks and cracked the tank. After listening to this nonsense, I just left paying 10p, immediately called a friend who said what could be the reason and voila, you don't need to remove any tank there, in a couple of seconds you throw off the back seat under which the hatch is and just put the elastic band flat or change it to a new one if it is torn! Bottom line: either they're just such masters there that they don't know it, or they're just breeding it!

1. The person accepting applications on the phone has not heard in principle what customer orientation is. It's like he's doing me a favor by agreeing to look at the car. In short, he either has to learn to talk to clients, or change his place of work. In communication, he is an ordinary man, normal. But communication with the client is a complete zero
2. They charged me 80 rubles for 1.5 hours of work. And if we talked less, it would be faster. Removing the rear drums and installing new ones. Designer. Anyone who knows would have done it in 40 minutes. For this 80p. I do not know where this price tag comes from.
3. I was late with the delivery of the parts, really. And as soon as I arrive, they told me that I owe for a simple lift (the car hung in the morning and until 15-16.00)!!! Like 60p an hour. But they said they felt sorry for me and just offered to pay 100 rubles. I offered this price myself. But, I'm sorry, in that case, you were obliged to notify me from the very beginning of the work that an hour of downtime of the lift is 60p. Then I would say, of course, to remove it from the lift. I was told about it by the time I arrived with the spare parts. In short, this is some kind of horror. Fortunately, I called and consulted with the person who asked.. and what is the problem to remove from the lift and roll the car away. I thought about it... But really. And I paid the required 80 rubles.
I do not know what the guys have in mind.. Maybe they are good people. And there is something to talk about with him. And we had a wonderful discussion about the current state of things in the market.
But the guys seem to be from the past. And business is ugly!! In the 21st century, it is unforgivable to work like this and treat the client like this.
I'll say this. And I will never go to them anymore and tell everyone around me not to go.

At the previous service station on Zakharova Street, the suspension was also repaired. There is a strange knock on the pits , there are no malfunctions on the lift , the guys shook the car left to right and concluded the steering rack... repairs are very expensive! I didn 't fix the car . The job was done, the car was taken away. I checked how the caps were put on the discs. One of the fasteners is broken - I turned to the master receptionist, who agreed to the jamb, promised to find the hood tomorrow. The next day, the conversation was in a completely different key: the hood is unoriginal, the service station does not carry a guarantee and in general it was cracked (it seems), and they are talking to me only because they are a good service station. On the third day, the broken cap was naturally lost on the ring road (I foolishly thought that it would hold) and the master receptionist said that, but whether it was broken, maybe I was spreading an honest HUNDRED for money (caps) and considered the incident exhausted (no cap - no problem). Conclusion: the repair work is being done, but the quality needs to be monitored at all stages. The master receptionist is a person who is ready and able to jump out of any controversial situation (I do not know the name, refused to introduce myself, said that I did not need it). They work without a work order and a certificate of completed work and a cash receipt ( at least in my case) and in case of disputes, they do not recognize any responsibility.

Be careful. The guys keep a price tag for the market, but it changes on approach. If yesterday the price was 120 rubles, today it will be 180. They proceed from the complexity of the fact, but no checks, no acts, nothing. T. E. turnover taxes are not paid, but the price of work on the market, with a slight excess. Before applying, calculate and talk through all the nuances yourself.
