It used to be a very good car service, the owner Sergey made cars for me quickly, inexpensively, perfectly. But I won't remember how it was before, because it's all over - I gave my car last year to change the brake pads, and to bribe one or the other for small things. We could have changed the pads ourselves, but we already knew that there was some problem with their selection - not all of them fit, we decided that it would be easier through the service. We passed all the information to the master, with the number of pads, which, as we already knew for sure, would fit. Soon we were given a car with the pads replaced for a lot of money. They didn't give me the box from the pads, they said they had thrown it away. They agreed about the price, they said that the pads were expensive. After the replacement, for some reason, I stopped holding the handbrake - at all. Then we drove it for 5,000 km at most (we don't use the car much). now everything has been sorted out, as the brakes are not good enough. It looks like no one changed the pads at all! For such a run, they could not be demolished to almost zero. Moreover, apparently, they could not pull the previously installed new handbrake cable, and put some kind of their own, long one. Shame on such masters, since they have no shame. Let everyone know.
