A good turnkey car service. I signed up for phone service for the first time, on the advice of an acquaintance. After buying a car, I decided to check the suspension and replace the filter oil, antifreeze. We made diagnostics of the chassis, brakes and computer diagnostics. As a result, I also bought a filter there, oil in the engine and box, antifreeze and a couple of suspension elements. The oils were selected according to the tolerances, explained the nuances. Almost everything was available, and the prices were adequate. A couple of days later, by appointment, I stopped by. I personally supervised the repair, no one interfered. The manager offered to make a service book and I was included in the customer base of the service station, with a service history. I also liked the fact that spare parts managers communicate via Telegram, painted all prices and deadlines, offered options, convenient. Manager Dmitry was always in touch, called the day before, clarified the nuances. The only drawback is the long queue for an appointment for repairs. In general, a good integrated approach to business. I recommend it!

I do not recommend this service station categorically. I'm telling you. The check on my dashboard lit up (check the engine), drove up here. We connected the computer, it gives an error to some valve in the timing. We ordered a part (I waited a week), delivered it, and charged me 8 tons. He left, and the next day the check is on again and the timing chain is rattling. I'm back here, they say, they need to change the entire timing kit, and at the same time, oil, antifreeze, and so on. We estimated it at 40 thousand. Okay.... We picked up the parts for another week, but we still haven't picked them up. I went to another service station, they tell me - the Khan's engine. I'm back on the Red Hill. I say - let's do engine diagnostics! Well, this is happening! I left the car. The next day, they call, I arrive. They say: but you had almost no oil in the engine, so both the check and the oil pan caught fire. They poured oil on me and gave me a second bottle to pour. Another 9 tons . This repair turned out to be 17 thousand. They didn't think to pour the oil right away or what they were doing there at all - I have no idea. In the end, they didn't really look into the engine. It's just some kind of game. I'm not coming here anymore, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
